More Power Supply woes

I'm getting too much loss through my 50 Amp ssr, so we're back to the drawing board. PSpice warned me, but I wasn't listening, I wanted to go for it, and I did, oh well.
It's time to re-figure what to do.
Unfortunately I think I need 12V at an amp for the base drive, we have to control 35 amps of current, I don't have that situated yet. I may end up unable to do a full load because the base drive is insufficient, isn't that crazy!
