Great video James. "Dieth's" album was alright, 50/50 for me. Wonder if they're working on new material. I also still need to give that Evile record a spinn. I would add the newest Sadus record to your honourable mentions. Pretty solid effort by the duo. 2023 was a great year for music, Depeche Mode's "Memento Mori" remains my favorite record from last year. The best Depeche Mode album in 20+ years. Dieth's album was one of my albums from 2023. The first song that I heard from them was Don't get mad get even and loved it straight away. I bought the album on CD. My track from the album is free us all. Loved that song that Dave sung. I hope that there will be a second album now.
I have to say I really liked the Incantation album and Immortal is just ok in parts but still like it. The Dokken album I was surprised that it was a pretty solid album! Good stuff!
I have not listened to very many albums released in 2023, production now days is complete horse manure if you ask me. But, I do like that Incantation and that Immortal. I believe that is the only two records on your list that even own. I need to get my head out of my ass and pick up some newer releases. haha. I always enjoy your videos and good to see James! Sometimes the perfect modern day sounding production is off putting when listening to new albums. Sometimes, the more real, more organic sounding production is preferred, I agree. Cheers Steve

Better late than never, though it's almost closer to 2025 than 2023! 😂 I never listened to the Evile album, I really didn't like the title track when it came out, very disappointed. I think I just wasn't ready for Evile to go Black album so soon. I never got round to that Deith album either, I think I would enjoy it but I never bothered much with new albums last year. I did check out the Immortal and really enjoyed it, at the time it was my first time listening to the band and I thought it was good. Nice one on completing the recording of the new Concrete EP! 😊🤘🤘
You know that mate, FINALLY got round to getting this video done. I think you'd like the Deith album. Immortal have much better albums in their discography. Cheers Josh

Bangers mr B evile could have been and should have been bloody huge! Kinda fell off the radar a little bit. Shame the best thrash band from the uk for years! I’m with you on the Immortal Lp bang average all about the first 4-5 for me.
Yeah I think Evile definitely lost some momentum after their 4th album. Latest Immortal is ok, but they've definitely done better. Cheers Dylan, my friend

I really like that DOKKEN album. Still have to check that EVILE album. I dont mind they slowed down a little, something different.

I saw Incantation a few months ago in Birmingham, they were Fantastic!!
