Best section in Walmart I went today and bought totes for all my detailing stuff and ended up in the automotive section. I walked in the section with 4 totes walked out of that section with a big blue stuffy brush from chemical guys, wheel cleaner, snow foam, and it’s all stuff I didn’t need! 🤦🏽♂️ it’s a curse I swear! I have a car detailing supply buying addiction! 🤣
I just washed my accord yesterday with the Meguiar's wash and wax i love it clayed it with mother's clay kit then finished it off with butter wet wax the car looks very glossy and clean 👍
What year is your Accord? I have a 2000 Accord and used the Meguires Clay Kit. Unfortunately I have the infamous Clear Coat peeling and will be sanding and painting most of the hood and the entire roof.

my fav and can be had from walmart is the armor all ceramic wash, i use that just for the water beading properties. i used the armor all snow foam. wash, rinse , then ceramic wash

I love the Megs Ultimate wheel cleaner because I can use it on paint as a decon with absolutely no worries. They also have a decent selection of Turtle Wax stuff that I'd say is on par with the stuff they offer from Megs. The turtle wax wheel and tire cleaner is an absolute steal though at around $4 bucks. It gives me 90% of what I get from Adams wheel and tire cleaner at 1/4 the price.
My only issue with the Ultimate Wheel Cleaner is how it leaves the face of the brake disc. If I wash my car then park it in the garage the discs will be rust colored in a couple of hours. Otherwise it works as advertised.
@@Lerzey I'm pretty sure Megs Ultimate wheel cleaner is pH neutral or around that. Turtle Wax wheel and tire is highly alkaline at 13.5 so neither are acidic, but really at any rate neither have done any damage to anything I've ever worked on
I bought a sun joe foamer for $8! It was on the clearance section at Walmart. The box was damaged but otherwise unopened. I have the generic amazon foamer that I changed the orifice and it's my go to for thick foam. I gave the sun joe as a birthday gift. Works pretty good with the honeydew shampoo. Now to get the extension hose. Off to Wally world!
Meguiars gold class soap and cleaner wax have been used for a long time by my dad and grandpa, I also enjoy both but have recently become a Griot’s fan! I still buy meguiars cleaner wax though and gold class soap though.
Do some videos on the Suds Lab stuff, I see it at my local Wal-Mart and the cost of it seems to be lower than the equivalent CG products. I know CG isn't the greatest but it would be great to see if these products work better.
The Chemical guys Diablo I don’t like because the sprayer only has a stream only no spray , end up using the whole bottle and ya really need to get in there with a soft brush !!! P&S is my favourite (brake buster ) 👍🏻
Regarding the new Turtle Wax Hybrid stuff. Most of it works pretty good. I would not recommend the tire & wheel cleaner/foamer that comes in the red bottle. Used a whole bottle on 4- 33x12.5s KO2s and it did a great job on the tires, but not so much on the wheels. I do really like the tire dressing though, water based (from what I could find), easy on and little cleanup using the brush method. Little goes a long way with that one. Nice matte dark look.
I agree. Actually most wheel and tire cleaners you might as well get in gallon size lol. I recently got that new tire dressing too and love it. One of their best products IMO.
I love all your videos, and you have probably been the biggest influence on me starting a mobile detailing business. But the uberflex does kink.. I understand you probably have a sponsorship with them.. I’m not taking away from the quality of the hose.. but I just recently purchased one, after purchasing a cheaper comparable model off Amazon to save $20. The texture is different but the hoses are almost identical. And yes the ubderflex does kink.. I now spent the money hoping it would be amazing…. Can’t say the $20 cheaper option was any worse. Now if I spent a little more and got a cobra jet hose.. I would probably be satisfied

I will probably have is Ceramic Coated. Thanks to you I have purchased an ArmorAll Foam Canon, 1800psi Ryobi Pressure Cleaner, TurtleWax Wash & Wax and Technicians choice tec582 detail spray. A fabulous combo for cleaning our cars. My question is: On a ceramic coated car, may I use these products to clean the car? If not, what do you suggest? Thx much, PhilR
Another tool you forgot to mention is the little cheap green pressure washer walmart has. It comes with different nozzles and a foam cannon for 77$ on clearance. 120$ if you get it normally. Been using it lately and it's honestly a great little machine for those who enjoy going the extra mile when cleaning their personal vehicles. The supplied foam cannon definetly needs to be upgraded. But other than that super great piece of kit

Again you missed the Lucas Oil Slick Mist. If you’re looking at the cleaning tools it directly behind you lol. I prefer it to the McGuires. Has a bazooka gum smell and I like the shine it puts on the interior

Have you used Griots garage products? Would like to know what you thing. I’m using there SIO2 spray wax and it seems to work pretty good, pretty much everything else I use is Maguires products.
Scott HD reviewed several glass cleaner/protectant, had good results with Armor All Ceramic Spray Cleaner. I believe it has lasted 6 months? It cost $5.97 from a Walmart. It worth a watch?
If Walmart carries a product that you use and like, there's a 99% chance that you won't find it cheaper anywhere else. Walmart beats Amazon every time in my experience. Great deals on quality microfiber towels too. They have a big microfiber drying towel thats fantastic for like $6.

Meguiar's Ultimate Wheel Cleaner is the WORST! It dries WAY too fast, and you're not supposed to let it dry. It isn't viscous enough, so it just clumps up. It's just plain bad stuff. "Wear a mask because of the smell?" If you're going to do that, wear the right mask, an N100, the same as you would with paint, not some lame surgeon's or cloth mask. Cloth masks are for squares & amateurs.

Be careful with that one the cheap one it can ruin aftermarket wheels or any wheel over time it’s acidic

That black and red wheel brush is a little firm but works perfect on the wheel wells.

Suds lab is great but for the best option considering price I’d go with meguiars gold class. It’s available most places!

You just have to wash them well afterwards. But yes it can cause the towel to repel water

I would skip the cleaners and buy a gallon of super clean for $8.97 and dilute it 4:1 for wheels and 10:1 for interiors, save a ton right there
