    I'd been declining since my 3 strokes then a nasty tumble from a giant white dog when its owner lost control. Coma in hospital for a month. Broken ribs & arm, crack skull + pneumonia. No physical therapy offered. I've been looking for a way to get going again. I couldn't even get up off the floor I was so weak. I started with Miranda on pbs 3 months ago. Now I can get up & I walk to get my own groceries! I also started eating more homemade scratch meals cut out processed foods esp pre-prepared. My family has noticed my incredible improvement this past 3 months. So I strongly recommend Classical stretch to everyone!! #Ageless #painless #pain therapy. I injured my arm over a yr ago & it limited my range of motion w/o pain to nothing. These workouts have not only relieved pain it improved strength & tone. Exciting right?!? I think so!!

    I'm in my mid 60s. I used to do Classical Stretch every single day. 5 yrs ago I moved to a new house and one thing led to another resulting in me no longer doing C.S. Back in the day when I was 28 yrs old I was Dx with rheumatoid arthritis. Over the passed 34 yrs I've had 5 major joints replaced and other surgeries. I'll need more surgeries to replace severely damaged joints. I'm so unhappy I let C.S. my routine go by the wayside, but I'm going to get back to work and get started again. Miranda PLEASE don't stop with these videos. So many of us are helped by you expertise and wisdom. You're an inspiration and a beacon of light especially for seniors! xoxo

    Hi I’m 76 I found Miranda one morning channel surfing, as I had lost cousin. It’s been 10 years I do it almost every day. I am grateful for Miranda is teaching and knowledge, thank you Miranda I love you

    I love Miranda's stretch class on PBS she's the Best !! I recommend to everybody I told all my friends and family .I workout everyday it keeps me fit am 61 years old I have a birthday coming this month I feel so great when am done with only 22 minutes everyday !!     I am so happy I found you on Classical Stretch! I was so weak that I couldn't even walk to the corner store or pick up dropped items in my home. I'm doing so much better now, I enjoy walks! I'm planning a hiking camping trip this year! I thought I'd be in assisted living sooner than later. You are awesome!

    I'm wondering if any of Miranda's programs would be especially helpful with the pelvic floor muscles? I used to workout with her when she was on PBS. What a blessing to find her exercises on available onTH-cam now. Thank you Miranda!

    I have longstanding rheumatoid arthritis, which was so bad I had to have bilateral total hip joint replacements by the time I was 43. I always dreaded exercise - it never made me feel better, only left me in more pain and suffering with rampant inflammation. And then, by some miracle, I found Miranda and her Classical Stretch series. It would be an understatement to say it has changed my life. I've been doing them faithfullly for about two months now, and I'm pain free for the first time in ages! I love them so much I average doing two sessions per day, I mix and match from my DVDs - and they are the highlight of my day! When I'm done I feel infused with energy and joy. And it makes me feel so proud of myself. :)
    In a million years I never thought I'd be so EXCITED about moving my body! I have a spring in my step, and by the way, I wasn't using it for weight loss but my body is noticably slimmer, to boot! I just had to order jeans in size down!
    I adore Miranda - the way she instructs is not only informative but she's so joyful and vibrant - makes me feel like I'm getting a one-on-one session with a friend. I'm telling everyone I know about Essentrics now - I've bought almost all the DVD sets and rotate them daily. You changed my life, Miranda, I"ll be forever grateful!

      I just read your comment and I feel so encouraged by it. I just celebrated my 40th birthday and I have all the signs of rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve been devastated but I’m determined to put it into remission by helping my gut, avoid trigger foods and eating autoimmune paleo now, and also was just recommended these videos by a friend so I should start them! SO good to hear it’s helping you!!

    What a fabulous presentation! So convincing to move! I am 63 - an aging dance teacher who needed this. I also shared it with my 91 yo mom who has atrophied and in much pain. I teach at the campus where my parents live and am excited to learn more!

    Hello Miranda, thank you so much for sharing!! I just saw your "Aging Backwards 3" on the 21-Create channel and I absolutely loved all of the information, and watching all of the women, AND men doing CS!!
    I've been doing calisthenic stretches for years and at 59, I feel like my 40's!! This year I will turn 60 and I plan to do more of CS because I want to keep myself healthy, limber and YOUNG!!❤️🥰🙏🏼🙏🏼

    I’m so grateful and love Miranda. I have discovered her exercises years ago on nyc channel. She is such an inspiration and even though I’m still considered young, my body felt already old due to sedentary lifestyle. So again, thank you Miranda!!! ❤️🧡💛

    I have done these workouts for years, even though I was in my 30's when I started. Every time I do them I feel SO much better, taller even! And I sometimes even laugh out loud with Miranda. You are so fun! Thank you for making this available, whatever country I am in I can use them.

    Gracias a este programa se me quitó el dolor tuve un accidente en automóvil sufrido dolor por 18 años a las 24 horas del día dormía solo dos horas cuando mire este programa empecé hacer los ejercicios y a los tres meses noté que era menos el dolor Ahora es un 90% menos de dolor gracias Miranda que Dios te bendiga

      Yes I did your shoulder pain video the other day because I acquired a left shoulder issue 16 months ago and have been doing PT and daily exercises with bands for about 45 min everyday and it is only about 75 percent better ... I have seen and exercised to your video before and loved them but after doing the shoulder video the other day I was so happy I was able to move it more and without pain like you said, it should be a slower and fluid movement not push into pain .. I felt so much better and also had so much energy after it was wonderful!!!!!! ❤️You are amazing and so knowledgeable of the body Thank You Miranda I appreciate your classes so much , I would love to go to your classes ... but will do them

    Miranda has great DVDs for those looking for more workouts. I have a few and just added a few more-probably all that I will need for a very long time. Cost me less than a doctor's visit.

      I’m 80 and was doing Miranda’s exercises regularly. A Nurse friend told me my body looked decades younger. A recent move cased me to forgo my regular exercise routine and it did not take long for my body to lose the tone that I had accomplished . I saw Miranda agin on TH-cam and it jarred me into realizing I had let my body down. I’m now back to 1/2 hour of Essentrics again daily! I know now I must never stop again by getting sidetracked.

    I am glad I was finally able to find the special as our local PBS makes it difícil to do that. I love your exercises. They are always something I turned to when I was younger and in pain or wanted yoga type mindset without yoga if that makes sense.
    But I also want to say I love when you go on location to the islands or Maya Riveria. It reminds me of the life that wasn’t or perhaps isn’t yet in my cards (my husband and I are working towards retiring somewhere tropical for my RA, fibro and i so miss the sea)

    Please please why did you take the exercises off of Net Create TV on April 5th 2020. The woman that is on there now constantly talks we 80 year olds need action not talk.. Bring it back please!!!!!

    I got the book "aging backwards", and it is nothing like the easy-to-do stretches i see in the videos. In fact, I think many of the exercises in the book are complicated and hard to do.

    Good to know...I stumble on this on U-tube I was looking for solution to painful shoulder, and I thought before I go to the dr. I would try these essentrics wellness challenge and see if I can get my arm back to where it should be, I;m not able to lift it like my other arm. I try these for few weeks and see how I feel with my arm, but I will continue to do these stretches for as long as I am able I'm 65 and have always walked 3 to fours miles and do some light weights...but I think I like to perhaps do more...TY

      I suggest Keep doing the shoulder pain video , I have had frozen shoulder and it’s been a very long time getting it to move up but after accidentally seeing Mirandas channel and trying that video my arm was moving a lot more I was shocked . I will be doing that video everyday it also gave me energy I have not felt in a very long time ...... just keep trying it slowly and don’t force just like she says , it WORKS 👏😃

    I'm confused. I bought the book, 30 min exercise, but I find your videos easier to follow than in the book. I am committed to do the book program, but Where are the exercises in these videos so I can follow the proper form of doing the exercise, please let me know. Thanks.

      Miranda has thousands of ways to work out the Essentrics way, you can record or watch her daily early morning workouts on PBS. Hope that helps.

      Why can't she have a commercial? I think we expect people to give everything away for free. She's given a lot of good information for free, and they post free TH-cam workouts, but her DVDs are worth the money. I can't see a doctor for the price of one DVD, and these make me feel better!

      This is probably from her PBS presentation promoting the Aging Backwards program. Good info and worth watching. There are a couple of her workouts on youtube, but probably best to watch her daily on PBS or record those workouts.

      I didn’t have access to tv for a while so my husband bought me a whole season on dvd. This maybe an option for you during the shut down. I’ve never needed anything more. I’ve been doing the exercises in that one season off and on for years. And I have always gotten better every time I pick it up again. It is a great balance between low-stress and high-energy workouts along with arthritis-fixing, waist-strengthening, and mobility.

    One of the things that drives me crazy about this video though is the poor editing. From the very beginning, the first 20 seconds, she seems to be talking to someone offstage or in midair. Could that not be edited out and replaced with other footage just preserving the voiceover? 20:49-20:53. 34:10 on, 34:25. 35:42. 36:56 from the side, she's not facing the camera at all. What went wrong here?

The video editing is odd and distracting. Glad somebody finally piped up and mentioned it. This is exactly what made me just look for tai chi vids which I have found super useful and less confusing than this. and rarely with the stupid edits. hope that's what wlc did too. As for you, you do you. but no, nobody needs antinegativity vids except maybe you... have fun with those.
