DC has always excelled best in animation, which is why I think it would be dope if DC was in the hands of more anime studios. They already did Suicide Squad Isekai, so I would love to see a Justice League anime that’s based off of New 52/Rebirth’s comic book storylines. It would be OPM/DBZ levels of great in terms of hype and action choreography tbh.

Superman has had high intelligence in many comics but is written as just the muscle in team stories because he is already OP. Secondly The Snyder cut was not a remake. It was the originally shot movie. All most everything had been shot before Snyder left the project because of a family tragedy. Warner Brothers had been unhappy with his direction on the previous film and unhappy they weren't as popular as the MCU. So when he stepped aside they brought in another director to finish the movie. The movie execs didn't like Snyder's version and had the new director Joss Wheddon rewrite and reshoot the movie. The used some of what Snyder has shot, mostly the fight scenes but the story was altered and it didn't really tie into the previous DC movies. Even though it was released first the theatrical release is the remake. Years later after a lot of protest from the fans WB consented to let Snyder finish the post production work on what he had shot. There were a couple of new scenes shot but nothing major, like the after credit scene with The Martian Manhunter. Snyder did not use anything Wheddon added with his reshoots. The reason it was a 4 hour film is because once they decided it would be released on a streaming service there was really no need to exclude anything they shot to make it more movie theater friendly. Finally DC Animation has been slamming since Batman: The Animated Series. I like the new 52 stuff but I think several of their earlier Animated movies are better overall.

It was through the Justice League and the inclusion of Batman that several characters were essentially dumbed down in how they behave, in order to give Batman a place. Batman would kinda be entirely useless if Superman, Green Lantern, Flash, and Cyborg all actually utilized all the knowledge at their disposal on top of their abilities.
