Wonder Woman can be interchangeable with Martian Manhunter because with a lot of DC Media she’s consistently protrayed as being “equally matched” with Aquaman. The thing about the Rogues is they are villains but they have a code, the don’t kill unless there’s no other choice and even then there’s a a hard no killing women and children rule. While their main enemies are the Flash and other speedsters they know they can NEVER kill a speedster to the point that like at the start of the movie they were once tricked into attacking and accidentally killing a speedster by another villain and after that happened they hunted down, tortured and killed that villain as payback. They are arguably the most stand up criminals in all of DC
What I love about the beginning part of this movie is The Flash didn't need help from the Justice League to stop his Rogues gallery instead he needed their help to save lives. In various medias the heroes should be seen more saving lives more so than stopping bad guys; especially because stopping enemies that are weaker than the hero shouldn't take that much time.
Continuing this timeline, Kal El was supposedly an advanced scout. Meaning, the Kryptonian invasion force was coming... but that was a few years ago so I don't know if it continued or not.

As much as I'd love to see them react to Return of the Joker, it doesn't hit as hard without watching Batman Beyond first. You need to get that feel of Batman being retired for a while through watching the series for certain Joker scenes to really go hard.

As a big Marvel fan, I've always said DC Animations had the animation scene completely locked up. Love those movies/shows. Even Xmen 97 feels like an exception! Jealous of DC fans.

This animated flick is closer to the comic series Flashpoint u should definitely read the graphic novel Flashpoint it's way brutal than the movie and they go deeper into the lore of the Flashpoint universe

I get your hatred of CW cuz they do be pretty bad overall, but I promise you'll actually love the Arrowverse. Not perfect, but the closest thing we have to a DC MCU and I would argue they were doing it a bit better than the MCU until Infinity War

you don't understand how powerful wonder woman really is in some sense she is the ultimate immortal character in JL. even superman is bound to age and die someday but she is not. shazam's power comes from magic when the magic fades he becomes powerless against an immortal like WW.
