this recipe is very healthy and i love mushies.
I cooked a Tom Yum Het today, now that is delicious as well....I've got all Thai herbs growing in the garden, so the tom yum is especially good, only problem i have is getting Pak chi falang ( saw tooth ) to grow..
I never knew you could do Laab with mushrooms, this is a must try for me very soon. Almost all of my family are vegetarian. Looks great and probably taste out of this. world.

Awesome recipe Duncan....those mushies are so expensive in Australia....you use that brass wok a lot ...is that better than steel..i have seen it used with desserts ?
