The Infamous Titanium Bolt Fusion on Surron

Titanium bolts on the Surron is cool. It's stronger and lighter than stock bolts. Have you ever tried to remove a fused Ti bolt from your Surron wheel?? It can be extremely difficult and frustrating. This is the solution that I came up with. It works well and I'm not longer fearful of Ti bolts.

I would bet the bolts had loctite on them. They weren't seized they were basically glued.

Its the loctite which make them so hard to get out, a good amount of heat would sure make it easier

It’s the mixing of the metals, Ti and aluminum that causes it.
