I feel sad for Dooku. Betrayed everything and lost his apprentice who was very close to him but ended up being betrayed by Sidious. I wish Dooku sided with Yaddle or Yoda could have turned up then. Idc about the Empire or plot. The prequels and Republic give more emotions than any other story (apart from Luke, Leia, Han Chewbacca and Vader if you are OT fans).
Dooku never deserved this. Didn't get a seat on the council. He is just like Anakin. Got one thing but not the other. The way Palpatine made those two sworn enemies is just sad and clever if you are a Palpatine/Empire/Sith fan.

Yaddle literally could’ve ran off and told everyone about Dooku and the Emperor instead of confronting them. She really thought that she could beat both of them? Lol I know that she wanted to convert Dooku back to the light but c’mon, maybe another time when the Emperor isn’t right behind him. SMH
She didnt even know who is the Sith Lord, she knew only what she heard and honestly Im not sure Sidious would have allowed her to leave
@@bleyd__ Again Sidious will manipulate the council and the Senate into killing Yaddle but since she was basically giving Dooku a hard time would say Sidious would die
@@bleyd__ They didn’t even know that she was there until she revealed herself. She should’ve left and told everyone, and she definitely assumed that it was the Emperor/Sith Lord. This was right after Qui-Gon’s death with the Jedi knowing that the Sith have returned. Not to mention their hideout, which is shown 10 years later at the end of AOTC, would’ve been compromised as well. Yaddle screwed up big time.
@@ihaveafettfetish9348 she didn't left because she wanted to convert Dooku she believed that he would turn against Sidious if she have left without confronting them she would have lost Dooku completely to the dark side. It was the last opportunity to convert him
She didnt leave because of of the dumb plot,she is waisted.Her death in Legends was 100 times more meaningful.The guy that made The original Tales Of The Jedi comic passed away this year and Filoni said absolutly nothing about him.Not even in the end credits

No it couldn't Anakin is destined to destroy Jedi and Sith to balance the force. The force is a superdeterministic concept.
@@vimax3858 No, he was known as the chose one who would destroy the sith and bring balance to the force, but that changed overtime as he got pulled closer to the dark side

Yaddle was using a mixture of ataru and soresu, and Dooku his typical form 2, makashi, and the agressiveness of djem so
Dooku is just Makashi, the reason it looks like Djem So at all is because Djem So was made by combining elements of Makashi and Soresu.

@@AbsurdFalcon was just about to say this. Dooku criticised Qui-Gon for trying to implement parts of multiple forms into his fighting style rather than mastering a single form and dominating purely through that.
The yoda species is a nightmare to fight in a lightsaber battle. A small opponent jumping around with a short lightsaber, you must be a great fencer to defeat an enemy like this.

It should of started out as a force powered battle were both were holding back with Dooku winning that would help to explain why Dooku much later would think he could beat Yoda in force combat before lightsaber combat show Dooku using Telekenesis, force shield, force barrier, force, speed, force healing, and tutiminus.
Finally we know what happened to yaddle I have been trying to figure out what happened to her for so long
Dooku is the real imposter among us.
All because she didn’t let Yareel borrow her car…
Sidious acts like he doesn't give a shit if Yaddle escapes because she doesn't know who he is and he can always abandon "the works" location since he barely showed any care for the secret location. Also, it should be noted that Palpatine's voice changes whenever he wears his sith hood and doesn't show his occasional decision to turn on and off his dark side voice.
Idk I prefer her sacrifice in legends over this. Shes a council member she should be so stupid to do this by herself
If you have read the Jedi Quest book The Shadow Trap, Yaddle died to save Anakin from a bomb. Which is more heroic?
Still kind of pissed they changed Yaddle's canon. Her real death was so much more valiant.

Dooku was never written properly. It was always a little obvious to have him working directly for Sideous behind the scenes. Rather, he should have been exactly what they initially thought he was, a political idealist. In this way, the Separatists wouldn't have had some nefarious origin, instead, they could have been just the expression of political strife brewing beneath the unwieldy and aging Republic, and the Galactic Civil War would simply have been the unfortunate consequence of that - which Sideous manipulated to his own advantage.
Had they gone even further, and had some Jedi split off to join the Seperatists out of their pursuit of ethics, it would have made much more sense for the war to have evicerated their ranks. Imagine, light side Jedi fighting each other because they are on opposite sides of an understandable conflict, the wedge beneath however, being Sideous, as he deftly sabotages any hope of compromise. Their own pursuit of ethics at any cost would have done the Sith's work for them, so Sideous and Vader could clean up in the end with ease.
Dooku's end should have been been the tragic end of a misguided hero.

Yaddle should not lose, she is the same race of yoda, and should be a lot More powerfull than dooku
Think you're underestimating dooku, he was 2nd to only Yoda and mace. He wasn't on the council because of his methods, not that he wasn't skilled enough.
And being the same race doesn't mean you're automatically skilled or strong. Yaddle put up a very good fight, this shows dooku's strength, not her weakness.
Why would being the same race as someone, make you as strong as they are? That's like saying Qui Gon Jinn is as strong as Sidious because they're both humans.
dooku is the best duelist at this point, yes on the same level like yoda, his sword style is focused on lightsaber fights
I didn't really get why they wrote it so Yaddle opened the door again just to die moments later. I would have preferred it that she opened the door and Palpatine shocked her to death to finish what Dooku started. Or Yaddle/Dooku could've stalemated and Palpatine throw her under the door because Dooku hesitated
