I love how this trailer basically shows us that Anakin's harsh drills specifically saved Ahsoka from ORDER 66. He literally trained her to survive being put in a clone trooper kill box, and was untouchable when this unlikely scenario really happened.
One of the most interesting things about Anakin is that every single thing that led to the downfall of the Empire was put in place by himself unknowingly. It's poetic

Dave Filoni is really amazing. He's has been taking Star Wars to a whole new level for years now. I'm really thankful that we have him and that he still enjoys what he does.
He was trained in the Star Wars arts by George Lucas himself. And eventually the student surpasses the teacher. I think that already happened years ago.

I love the fact we're getting a detailed story of when Qui-Gon was still an apprentice to Dooku and all that took place before the phantom menace. It's literally the 1 story I'm truly looking forward too more than any of them. But this whole "tales of the jedi" looks sweet. Keeping fingers crossed that they animate a "tales of the sith" to follow, but go back just as far, like they're doing with the tales of the jedi ones.
This trailer is pure art, the cuts with the music are amazing, I can’t wait to see the comparisons between Dooku and Ashoka. You can really feel the heavy burden of what it means to wield the power to change but having the responsibility of not being selfish.

I woud wanted them adding missing episodes of last clone wars season there was only 3 arcs and lot of missed arcs like Boba Fett vs Cad Bane or Ventress arc so much missed stuff

Im guessing its like 20-30 minute episodes each on either 2 part stories (so 3 stories total) or every episode is a diff story (so 6 stories). It seems like the former, we have one w ahsoka, one w dooku and qui gon, and one with mace and dooku. We’ll see tho

Me too I feel bad for count dooku , that right there I call fighting your inner demons but the reason why he used excessive force against his enemies and even killing them because he knew that the Jedi was powerful to defeat their foes but wouldn’t because it would overcome them in general and become evil and more like and willing to go to the dark side.
We need multiple seasons for sure, and no holding back… imagine the stories they/we could tell/witness from Jedi we’ve seen on screen, in live action, only as cameos. It would truly be a huge step in the right direction for Star Wars and I’m certain most people would agree.

Well there was episode 1, which is in my humble opinion the weakest episode. Though it was at the very least pretty cute and sweet to see Ahsoka's birth and early childhood and the animation is astounding as always!
This is the Star Wars we want. This is what happens when you give creative control to directors and writers and genuinely love the world and lore of Star Wars
These kind of one-time shows are so important in the context of not only Star Wars animation, but the Star Wars universe as a whole - they flesh out the stories of the characters we love in wonderful ways, as we see with how it beautifully connects itself to The Clone Wars series. Wholeheartedly, thank you for doing this, Lucasfilm, and please keep doing it in the years and years to come!

There's just too much lore and content for a producer and director to fit into a 2 and half hour to 3 hour time period. This is why the new star wars series are 45mins shortest and fire, and yet another reason why the new Star wars movies were trash.

I’ve watched Clone Wars end over and over. Each time I’m devastated and each time it comes back. I hope this means Disney has realised how much people love it and how much more there is to explore in this era.
@@kelajuan_ the one thing they didn’t super screw up is their animated stuff. I think this will be fine. Filoni is usually more involved with the animation projects than the live action. There were a few boring episodes in season 7 and bad batch, but 80 percent of it was decent or great.

Overwhelmed with happiness and nostalgia seeing Anakin and Ahsoka as well as Obi Wan, Mace Windu, Qui Gon and young Dooku in their Clone Wars style.... Almost everything related to that show is perfect!! LOVED seeing Anakin in his Clone Wars armor especially!!

I agree. I've recently been saying how I've not been that excited for the new Andor show. Which is a shock for someone like myself who is OBSESSED with Star Wars... I feared that Disney may be "milking" Star Wars, that may be true. But this story looks crazy and I am definitely hyped for this! Young Dooku and Qui-Gon oooowoooowooowoooowooo!
Finally, to see Dooku in his prime a long side Qui Gon as a Padawan. This definitely looks promising short stories are the best. And more Ahsoka as well we knew Anakin trained her it's good to see the training she was put through. Now if they give us Mace Windu in his prime to see what his training was like.

This is one of the best ideas for a Star Wars show ever. Hopefully we get multiple seasons of this, perhaps yearly? Maybe we’ll get a season with Grievous and some other Jedi.

They are all hyped for what they expect to be a standard series and are going to be pretty crushed when they find out it about 15 minutes worth of content, like the Baymax, and the Groot series was. I was pretty excited for the Baymax series, sat myself down with a bowl of popcorn, got all settled in, and... it was over.
Pretty much any content presented in the Clone Wars visual style with Dave Filoni's blessing will be a treasure for the future. He kept a young generation excited for Star Wars in the 2000's and deserves all the credit for doing so.
The Director Dave Filoni is the master of Star War's. Clone War's and Bad Batch were excellent. I don't care much for Ashoka had enough of her already, really excited about Count Dooku. We never knew why or how he turned to the dark side.
I always felt that the Prequels could've done more with Dooku as a character..Really delved into the reasons for him leaving the Jedi and his eventual fall to the Dark side. Hopefully this series will accomplish that!
One of the greatest mistakes the prequels made is they did not have dooku in episode 1. They should have had him as a member of the Jedi council, set him up as a wise member who offered Obi-Wan some advice perhaps after Qui-Gon said he was ready for the trials. That way when we got to episode two and Padme said that she thought it was count dooku who had tried to kill her it makes it where the audience does question that.

Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13 over the course of 1260+ years. Revelation 17 confirms that the beast is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God. Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc. Have a blessed day!
In the Darth Jar Jar theory, it's believed Darth Jar Jar was going to be the Episode 2 villain, but because of backlash, Dooku was written in. Might be some truth to that.

I’m going to absolutely love watching how Qui Gon Jinn observed and learned from his masters teachings, becoming the man that we all loved and wanted more of after watching the Phantom Menace. After never seeing him again, I think he painted a picture of a much different Jedi that we never got again. It’s good to have him back.

This is the series we all want and NEED. I'm so hyped to see Dooku as a jedi, this giving me real clone wars vibes. Pity its only 6 episodes but hopefully once disney realises how popular it is they'll add more longer seasons.
We get Yaddle, possibly with her Legends backstory included. This is an absolute win no matter how you cut it. Heck, Oppo Rancaris for season 2? They could cover all the mega gritty stuff like Saluceami and Jabiim from the old comics which... like, that would make disney canon likeable with just the post-film 6 stuff changed because in-universe Luke distrusted Leia and Han's son a bit more.
I can’t wait to see more of Dooku’s backstory. He really tried to warned the Jedi. Such a sad story of how he fell to the dark side. Pushed away by the hypocrisy of the Jedi, he fell straight into the manipulation of the Sith.
Just remember that Dooku practically told Obi-Wan the identity of the other Sith Lord in their very first interaction. He taunted Obi-Wan with literally all the information he needed to identify their single greatest threat, knowing full well the Jedi would fail to act on it like they've failed with every other warning.
Both the new "Padawan" and especially the audiodrama "Jedi Lost" tell you so much about Dooku. But there are still questions and this looks like it's going to fill in those blanks. Think might be looking forward to this more than more Clone Wars (or Bad Batch,just wish that didn't get delayed)
i think its dope that this shows how Dooku began to stray from the orders hypocritical idealism, and how they overlay that with anakins feelings of betrayal from the order as well when they basically refused to make him a master because they feared his potential, literally letting their feelings get in the way. It really shows how the order failed to recognize their mistakes with Dooku and continued on with their hubris and higher sense of purpose by becoming "Peacekeeping" generals in the republic army. I dont even think Palpatine saw that coming, but it just made it that much easier to overthrow them when the time came......The jedi were their OWN worst enemy. Both Dooku and Ashoka leaving the order show that..(id definitely be a sith btw lol).
I first saw Ahsoka in the Mandalorian and had no idea who she was. After finishing season 2, I watched Clone Wars over more than a year, and then Rebels. She's probably become my favourite Star Wars character after seeing her full arc, and I love that she is getting more attention for those who haven't made the long journey through Clone Wars and Rebels. I'm looking forward to this one, but I'm especially excited for her own series after finishing Rebels.
My son and I are in season three of the clone wars and loving watching all of these characters. It’s been great seeing some back story and so glad they are doing more with Ahsoka. Love her character.

IMO, Clone wars genuinely brings the entire Star Wars franchise to life. My gf wanted to start watching the mandolorian without having ever seen a Star Wars movie, but I refused to let her and we watched all the films + series’ in order before watching it and she’s SO glad she did it that way around.

Well there was episode 1, which is in my humble opinion the weakest episode. Though it was at the very least pretty cute and sweet to see Ahsoka's birth and early childhood and the animation is astounding as always!

There's just too much lore and content for a producer and director to fit into a 2 and half hour to 3 hour time period. This is why the new star wars series are 45mins shortest and fire, and yet another reason why the new Star wars movies were trash.

@@kelajuan_ the one thing they didn’t super screw up is their animated stuff. I think this will be fine. Filoni is usually more involved with the animation projects than the live action. There were a few boring episodes in season 7 and bad batch, but 80 percent of it was decent or great.

I agree. I've recently been saying how I've not been that excited for the new Andor show. Which is a shock for someone like myself who is OBSESSED with Star Wars... I feared that Disney may be "milking" Star Wars, that may be true.

Finally, to see Dooku in his prime a long side Qui Gon as a Padawan. This definitely looks promising short stories are the best. This is one of the best ideas for a Star Wars show ever. Hopefully we get multiple seasons of this, perhaps yearly? Maybe we’ll get a season with Grievous and some other Jedi.

Pretty much any content presented in the Clone Wars visual style with Dave Filoni's blessing will be a treasure for the future. He kept a young generation excited for Star Wars in the 2000's and deserves all the credit for doing so.

I always felt that the Prequels could've done more with Dooku as a character..Really delved into the reasons for him leaving the Jedi and his eventual fall to the Dark side. Hopefully this series will accomplish that!

One of the greatest mistakes the prequels made is they did not have dooku in episode 1. They should have had him as a member of the Jedi council, set him up as a wise member who offered Obi-Wan some advice perhaps after Qui-Gon said he was ready for the trials. That way when we got to episode two and Padme said that she thought it was count dooku who had tried to kill her it makes it where the audience does question that.

I’m going to absolutely love watching how Qui Gon Jinn observed and learned from his masters teachings, becoming the man that we all loved and wanted more of after watching the Phantom Menace. After never seeing him again, I think he painted a picture of a much different Jedi that we never got again. It’s good to have him back.

Just remember that Dooku practically told Obi-Wan the identity of the other Sith Lord in their very first interaction. He taunted Obi-Wan with literally all the information he needed to identify their single greatest threat, knowing full well the Jedi would fail to act on it like they've failed with every other warning.

i think its dope that this shows how Dooku began to stray from the orders hypocritical idealism, and how they overlay that with anakins feelings of betrayal from the order as well when they basically refused to make him a master because they feared his potential, literally letting their feelings get in the way. It really shows how the order failed to recognize their mistakes with Dooku and continued on with their hubris and higher sense of purpose by becoming "Peacekeeping" generals in the republic army. I dont even think Palpatine saw that coming, but it just made it that much easier to overthrow them when the time came......The jedi were their OWN worst enemy. Both Dooku and Ashoka leaving the order show that..(id definitely be a sith btw lol).
I first saw Ahsoka in the Mandalorian and had no idea who she was. After finishing season 2, I watched Clone Wars over more than a year, and then Rebels. She's probably become my favourite Star Wars character after seeing her full arc, and I love that she is getting more attention for those who haven't made the long journey through Clone Wars and Rebels. I'm looking forward to this one, but I'm especially excited for her own series after finishing Rebels.
My son and I are in season three of the clone wars and loving watching all of these characters. It’s been great seeing some back story and so glad they are doing more with Ahsoka. Love her character.
She has one of the best arcs in Star Wars for sure

@@christiansantamaria7233 mandalorian is what got me into Star Wars lol I’ve been watching all the movies and show in chronological order…I’m in rebels now. Also been watching a whole bunch of stuff on you tube , especially Star Wars theory.
IMO, Clone wars genuinely brings the entire Star Wars franchise to life. My gf wanted to start watching the mandolorian without having ever seen a Star Wars movie, but I refused to let her and we watched all the films + series’ in order before watching it and she’s SO glad she did it that way around.
I feel like this show is going to be amazing the animation style is great seeing dooku as a Jedi the clones and ashoka in her training this show is going to be great can't wait to see it.

Ashoka training scene is like poetry and a foreshadowing
