    it is recommended to do cardio exercise a day and to do strength training at least one day a week, but two days would be better with at least 48 hours of rest in between each strength training workout.     This is amazing. I only lasted 17 minutes but I loved every second of it. I haven't worked out since I found out I was going to be a double amputee. Today is 2 weeks since my amputation and I've been so depressed. But not anymore. Thank you Paul.

    I enjoy working out with you video very helpful I am a wheelchair-bound woman but I work out 4 days a week Faithfully at Planet Fitness since 2015 even when I'm not in the gym I work out intensely at home I'm in very good shape at the age of 56 wheelchair-bound I vow to take care of myself I eat clean thank you for that energetic workout I did the whole workout with you God bless you today and everyday look forward to more of your videos

      Eh Paul trying to find a video when you do a lot for the arms . How can I find it. I did that in a senior center for a year. Is a lot of marching back arms and s great.

      I never say, "Wheelchair BOUND, or CONFINED." I say, "I USE a Wheelchair." If you are able to transfer to a Bed, or Toilet AT ALL, you are NOT bound, or confined, because you can get out of you Chair to do those things. If we were bound, or confined we would have to stay in our Chair's for 24/7. A Prisoner is Confined to their Prison Cell. They CANNOT leave. Does that make sense? I hope that helps? Be blessed!

    Oh my Lord….I have a labrum tear and spinal stenosis but I did this had to revise the over the shoulder hand clap but this was wonderful… checking now to see if you have something to work lower impact… awesome

    My son, who is 13 and starting to hit puberty, needed a good wheelchair workout (he has spina bifida). I am excited to show him this video and help him with strengthening his upper core as he begins to grow more and build more muscle. He also uses forearm crutches at times and I can tell as he's gotten older it's becoming a bit harder for him and his PT recommended finding good wheelchair exercise routines and incorporate weights. After searching through many videos I landed on yours and love the energy, positivity, and simplicity. Thank you for making these ❤

      I am so glad I found you! I was yoga instructor for ten years. After my amputation, I can stretch myself but I couldn't get cardio. This was fantastic! It helps to have endurance while learning to walk and with your upbeat/positive energy it will be a lot easier. Thank you.

    @ 4:11, He is starting off with 8, and counting down. However, He is counting every OTHER lift. like 2,4,6. INSTEAD OF 1 2 3 4. So, you are actually doing DOUBLE than what he is counting! I noticed this right away. =)

    I'm lucky to not be forever in a wheelchair, but my current disability restricts me to laying down and sitting most of the day. I need to get out of my head, that I can get a good workout in without using my legs and I don't have to swim for every cardio workout either!

    For a paraplegic like me T9, T10 injury point and sensory level at T7 this is something I already do every day is cardio pushing my own weight up inclines and way more active than most I guess. Not for me I guess.

    I think this man is great in a wheelchair do to amputation of toes and I'm getting ready for weight loss surgery and I need to exercise and he makes sure you get the exercise and it's fun,Mr Paul keep doing what you do and again thanks

      Your welcome for your comment. I am glad that I have been a help to you. I had a spinal cord injury 2 years ago, I had compressed some nerves carrying a heavy object on my shoulder. They were able to save my arm, thank God. I do have a permanent back injury which limits to what I can still do standing up. I am happy that I can still inspire people to exercise body soul and spirit.

I have been in a wheelchair for the past 4 months, also have a spine injury but have been told surgery is too risky because of an allergy to metals--if I fall again I've been told I'll be paralyzed...I am not going to fear the worse, but I am going to try to condition my body for whatever fate has for me, you have lifted my spirit & my energy. Thank you Paul, you were an answer to prayer for me! I'll be seeing you tomorrow ;-)

    I have MS and I can't walk anymore.. This is the first workout that I've found that I actually enjoy doing, that gets my heart pumping and doesn't have exercises that I can't do. At the moment I have to take a break halfway through but it makes me feel good. Thank you so much for this.

      Good Day! Thank you for your comment. I do have a limited mobility but it does not limit me to just seated exercise. I have lower back injury so I don't going running like I use to do but by God grace I can do other things I love.

    I just completed this energizing workout. I thought it'd be sort of slow paced....the lie detector determined that was a lie!!! This was one of the best chair workouts I have ever done and I've done loads of them. To increase the burn, I used weights without hyper-extending my arms, fantastic. Keep doing you thing Paul Eugene!! Remain a blessing.
