Can you request maps outlining different underground lines from the sellers to help for reference?
Yes, you can request from the seller any info they have regarding underground lines. Especially if they built the outbuilding they should know the private utility lines across the property.
In Arizona call 811 before you dig to have your public utilities marked, and you can call a professional private locator to find and mark the private utilities if you are unable to get any info on those.
