    to shift your emotion to match the affirmation, just think and say this "this frustation is just a challenge from the universe that I need to overcome, so it's fine and everything will soon fall into its own place".

    I’m ADHD person.
    Talking about manifestation, I can visualize easily with “open eyes”
    Infact, when i sitting down and I try to visualize with close eyes, i can’t.
    Don’t tell me that i’m the only one to visualize with open eyes 😅
    Anyway thanks for this video 🥰 it really helps me a lot.

      That's amazing! I've done a bit of digging on myself and I'm AuDHD with a subtype of alexithymia, which could be part of the reason I have aphantasia, or at least they can run together.

    I tried it long time ago, but I had limited success on it, for a while it went kinda well but it can lead to emotional suppression and that is bad for the body, some "bad" feellings like anger must be tamed and you must learn how to use them in your advantage, I have ADhD/autism and RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria) makes me being angry almost all the time, but since I read the secret , I tried to get rid of that anger, so at the end it is there but i suppressed it.I accomplished more things with that rage than with this wo wo secret thing.

    I love this so much! I use manifestation to teach people how to understand how to be more organized. I would LOVE to have you on my podcast if you are interested.

    Would you consider taking out the "click" sounds in your videos? As someone with misophonia it prevents me from listening to your videos (I cannot watch them and just turn on captions due to my job). Just a request. Thanks for so much great info!

      Yes! Mind you, my filming is one month ahead. I’ve actually heard this before, thank you for mentioning it because it reinforces others comments.

    I realized that I was looking for just this subject and looking for the shortest video but I really want to do this and you explain things really well

    Feels like it's too much pressure already living as if when you don't have the right conditions around

    Do you believe in the law of attraction? Have you ever used it? 🔮

    • @ThePeruvianTank
      @ThePeruvianTank 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Absolutely, and every day. My wife and I had a conversation last night about how the words you put out there reinforce the little steps you take and before you know it you’re arriving at the goal you had long ago.
      The law of attraction works when you watch what you say and how you think!
      Thank you for this video!

    I have been doing a lot of mindset work, limiting beliefs, clarifying my big goals, self belief/image, law of assumption/vibration/attraction, but i still struggle with following through on my daily plan (I "only" aim for three very achievable high impact tasks a day). All the rest is easy despite ADHD, but its the taking action part that is a real challenge.
    I was hoping this video would discuss this aspect of manifesting, because the rest is not really adhd specific, while focused action is a real adhd issue.
    Financially, I cannot delegate everything I dont enjoy doing, and I can't find enjoyment in tasks that aren't enjoyable but are critical for me to move forward.
    So, how to take inspired and focused action to manifest with adhd?

      I'd suggest body doubling or trading favours. Follow through is hard for us, but from what you've said here you are moving the needle in the right direction with completing three things a day.

    • @jez770
      @jez770 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@sarakellyADHDCoach oh I'm not completing the 3 things, not even close, that's just the plan!
      I do co-work with my colleague over Zoom, even that is hit and miss..
      I have worked with an ADHD coach, multiple business coaches, and currently a manifesting coach. And the action bit is still really a tricky thing..
      Do you feel that with persistence it can be figured out?

      @@jez770 I feel like the more we can align with our interest base nervous system, and also balancing our energy the more successful we are. Our interest base nervous system is both the gift and the curse of having ADHD.

      @@sarakellyADHDCoach I hear you, and I think as I am able to delegate more, and I can focus on my interests more, things will really start accellerating forward. I am moving in the right direction, but its good to hear from others in a similar situation. Thanks for the tips and encouragement!
