My classmates and I spent my Chinese 212 class watching a food tour of Shilin Night Market last Friday. It looked so awesome. That's the best way to learn about new cultures--experiencing the food!
The more Taiwanese food TH-cam content I watch, the more I'm convinced I need to go back. They just do things so right over there. Wish I could've been there for more than five days, but the eating was tremendous 😅
One thing on my mind many times is... I sure hope the food is shared [with production] and not wasted one bit. I enjoy the variety of Mike's videos with regards to the complexity of the dishes compared to the wallet. It's very interesting. ✌️❤️😋

No way you ate all that from the breakfast buffet!!! All the food you got from that breakfast buffet is literally like 8-10 meals for me, so there is no way you ate all that in one sitting.
