Nice. Went here just a month or so back. One of the better buffets in town. Not as large a selection as some, but high quality for sure.

I have heard it said both ways, and usually I-berico Pork. Can't tell if you're being silly or not. But Chefs call it I-berico, not E-berico. And sometimes Eh-Berico Pork. Mostly it just depends where you're from.

If it doesn't have a torched, crackable top of burnt sugar, it's not crème brûlée. Everything looks good, but they should call things what they are, instead of what they intended but failed to execute.

Stuck in hospital being fed via a tube implanted in my stomach (so I don’t even taste anything), still able to get hungry, so….WHY OH WHY am I torturing myself by watching this late at night 😩 it all looks so freaking incredible, ah well, maybe one day if I ever get better, in the mean time I’ll just let Mike eat for the both of us.
