I'm starting to believe in Sonny that TJ is a newbie. Xiao Long Bao is very soupy, it's sometimes called soup dumpling. There's a better way of eating those.
1. You bite off the tip of the dumpling.
2. Drink the soup inside.
3. Put some sauce inside the dumpling.
4. Eat it whole.
