The rear on is the same as the passenger side. I put a regular j bracket on mine. Just needed to move the arm up slightly so the wiper doesn’t rest on the rubber seal.
This is great! My son just bought an 85 and it's his dream car, a one owner with 105k on it. So we're int he process of changing out neglected items like the wipers and miscellaneous bulbs. This thing is a life saver! We found a couple places with new original blades but they are either $$$ or back ordered. This is perfect! Great video!
Hi John, I have 85 Supra. Would love to have that driver's side wiper bracket! Love your videos on the Supra. You make it look easy and simple. Brian Williams Nova Scotia Canada
Hi, nice work. Buy why do you change it? You can buy original wiper blades that fit perfectly from you local Toyota dealer. I bought both sides and they fit perfectly in the original screw pattern. No modification or problem.
@@johnsneverendinglistofrand1377 Okey, I work at Toyota so I try to have a look at certain parts if they are still in stock. The parts that is similar to newer cars you can find, but its not that many things left to buy. I really appreciate your work on the sun-roof, informative and easy to follow. I don´t have any issues with this on my car (yet), but I will look into that video again if I do. I did not see you apply any lubricant to the rails. If you did, what lubricant did you use?
JP3 Motorsports make some great products. I have a lot of hands on with their RX7 workmanship and products, it’s all top notch. Nice Supra Celica product review.
The driver side is the only unique one that needs to be modded. The passenger and rear are basically the same since they adapt to the aftermarket adapters. Basically screws on. You can use the regular aftermarket J brackets for those 2.
I just buy a 83 Supra and needs some work but I’m happy that I have my dream car
Thanks so much! Just bought an 85 and been using your videos for everything!
I need it really bad. Thank you.

I already gave it away. Bought the aftermarket one from jp3 Motorsport.
Hi, Thanks for sharing the videos, very helpful. I’d like to have the driver wiper bracket if you still have some left. Thanks again.
Thanks.
Someone asked for the part a few months back.
Keep an eye out for another Supra Vid. Will be giving away another cool part.

I needed a solution for my 83 supra. This is great. How do I get a new clip?
What about the passenger side and the rear one? Do I need a bracket too??

do you still have a bracket to give??
John when the wiper arm slaps down too hard, how do you adjust them?
Try loosening the 12mm holding the arms then adjust how the sit on the spindles.
