This is the best, most informational video I’ve ever seen on YT. No bs and straight to the point!

You helped solve my cold start issue with less than 15 seconds under the hood. My damd cold start switch, near the thermostat, was unplugged 😂😂 Plugged it back in and it fired up perfectly and instantly for the first cold start since I've owned the vehicle.

Thank you for making this video.
It was informative and easy to follow.
Also, the production was clean, professional and thorough.
The references for part numbers and suppliers, like Bob, were an added bonus. 💯
Happy to subscribe as I work on cleaning up my 85’ Celica GT.

Thank you for making this video! My cold starts occasionally take a few tries, I'll have to test both of these parts and see if either need replaced :)

I’m having the same problems and have a couple of these things on order (85 Camry), my question is what is the trick for getting it started in the cold morning? Keep turning the key and don’t let go while you pump the gas? I think I’m killing my battery just turning it and not letting go. Keep in mind I’m seeing cold temps below freezing so it’s hell to start and only getting worse. Any tips in detail help. Thanks

Has anyone else tried the link to Bob? It didn't work for me.

Where do you get the gasket material to make your own gaskets

Quick question: the part number for that injector to my Understanding is 23260-43021. Will the 23260-43020 from an 85 Cressida work instead?

My problem is the opposite! Hard warm start (After sitting for 30+ minutes). Starts up just fine if cold or started up within 15 minutes of being turned off after warm

Took me a while to get back to you. Sounds like you're having issues with the air flow meter (AFM) soaking up the heat from the exhaust manifold.

@@johnsneverendinglistofrand1377 maybe maybe ... i do have aftermarket headers

normal for when it sits after running, the heat from the engine boils the fuel or sensor for cold start bad.
