Second Viewing. Karina drew a long-legged marsupial with tiny eyes. No other anomalies.
Viewing # 8. Karina continues to draw different apes. Julia noted as being "very bored with this concept already."
Viewing # 27. Jacob tries to eat his own cake drawing. Julia speaks exclusively French the whole episode. Nathan takes a nap.
Viewing # 53. Jacob now has perfect knowledge of all forms of cake and believes himself to be a god. Julia has seemingly escaped the screen and cannot be heard in subsequent viewings. Reclassification to Euclid-class requested.
Viewing # 69. Nathan says "Nice." Video ends.
Viewing # 908. Karina [DATA EXPUNGED] so called "Ass Party," with no survivors.
this comment is absolutely brilliant
god I want them to see this comment to bad
isn't this that football game SCP? Edit: Oh, julia did that SCP. that makes sense now.
@@krell.1415 There's also that Ronald Reagan one. Less likely, but surprisingly similar concept
Julia did leave the emergency exit she created open for her friends and no one else was smart enough to even notice.
When Julia said "good year" to 1733, it seemed like she remembered that year.
Well its not like she's a vampire or anything. Why would you think she's a vampire? hahahahahahahahahahelphahahahahaha
She's a big fan of the Molasses Act
She was around
There’s an SCP that can pump out millions of new/cloned humans of almost any era for the entire planet if humanity ever gets wiped out, and its last usage (I think) sent us back to the 1700s in its lore.
that's when this video was first created and they have been stuck in there ever since
I would still very much like to see an "Artists draw themselves as Nathan" episode.
Especially if they film it without Nathan and then the episode is them showing him...
This has to be the next episode
yes they should tell nathan a different prompt and he goes first and then it is slowly revealed that every other drawing is just..more nathan
they should do this for nathan's birthday
I love this idea! We require this! Maybe three other episodes with drawing themselves as Karina, Jacob, and Julia.
Nathan skipped the most ominous part of SCP 1000. The ancient humans made the surviving bigfoots dumb, but now they’re getting smart again. They’re already smart enough to talk to us, they found the SCP foundation, and left the message “We forgive you. let us back in”
It's nice that they're forgiving.
@@LuckySketches That's what they want you to think, anyways.
I don't believe them
I love that Nathan also skipped over the part that says we killed them in a Biblical flood.
Awww I love that! We gotta let them in!!!

Fun fact about containing the cake SCP: there is an entire squad of expendable personnel tasked with eating the cakes every day. Most of them eventually get diabetes, but of the things that can happen to you as a D-class, it's one of the less bad ones.
It's also implied that it's just their lunch break because they can take no longer than an hour
If they refuse to eat it, personnel are encouraged to shot dead expendables to intimidate and coerce the others into eating.
@@cainebez3318 I’m sorry W H A T
@@quack405 D-class personnel are all recruited from death row inmates and the like who've signed their lives away to the organization. So they're treated as *extremely* expendable at pretty much any cost lol
@DemonkittenXIII Presumably because if it was damaged and not eaten, it would spawn another cake and also possibly do the same if it was just consumed, leading either to there being a bunch more cakes or people discovering the self-replicating cakes. The Foundation cares as much about making sure people don't find out about the para-natural as they do about making sure the world doesn't end.
Yes! I was hoping you'd come back to the world of SCP again!
Figures you would show up here. How goes it volgun?

Of course you were.
When Julia started drawing, I thought she was doing the player's perspective, looking out of the screen, and knowing nothing about sports, I softly whispered "room full of umpires."
Well done
jacob going "no! this is stupid!" in the back of nathan reading scp 1000's lore is hilarious
It's funnier when you realize every he said was true
The death aura was a much better story
"is this the plot of assassins creed?"

I would actually love another SCP episode where Nathan describes the SCP's containment protocols first, so they have to draw the environment the SCP is contained in before they know what it is.
perfect for julia. character challenge with an excuse to just draw a room
Room: Extremely well sealed vault with multiple kill devices for what is contained inside.
SCP: Toaster.
thats the order the official scp wiki pages are in and i hate it
they have to extrapolate what the scp is based on how its container
What if the scp is a room?
I really want Julia to hear about the infinite IKEA SCP. Forever rooms.

I like that they joked about SCP-1000 just straight up beating you to death if you look at it when there's a completely different SCP whose entire shtick is literally that
I was about to say, that sounded super familiar djfnfn

Alright, speaking of meta entries, my favorite meta entry is 2786. He's a character who jumps between different narrative fictional media - books, movies, games - and inserts himself as the "hero". He stops whatever monster/villain/antagonist of the media, then walks off into a new story. Up until there, pretty standard SCP stuff; here's the meta part.
The Foundation captured him when he broke into one of their facilities and freed all the d-class. But if he only affects fictional media, how could he interact with the Foundation? Because the SCP wiki is all creepy sci-fi stories. He couldn't escape because...well, he's a fictional character that was sent to a fictional containment complex.
As an anthropology major who studies humans and the human fossil record, the description of the first SCP was genuinely a good description of what it was supposed to be.
Same here! I was impressed at the terminology used and remembered the descriptions from my bio anthro class!
the scp foundation is a force to be reckoned with lmao
they take their descriptions very seriously for maximum spookiness :)
Yeah now I'm wondering do people find it pretentious when I call specific wasps by their scientific names? wasps are so understudied and most people can't tell a paper wasp from a yellow jacket (or hornets from yellow jackets, bald faced hornets are yellow jackets, they're just called hornets because they're big and don't nest underground) so they're not going to be able to tell the difference between polistes dominula and polistes fuscatus if I don't give them the scientific names to google
SCP 871 was used to destroy the scarlet king (the ultimate evil in some canon) in a tale. They basically let it grow exponentially and dropped it on the scarlet king who suffocated in it.
TL:DR cake killed the ultimate evil in the scp world

From all the bizarre and horrific SCP options, Julia, the master of horror, got a basketball one. That's just brilliant.
Dude what are you talking about, that SCP is one of the most bizarre and horrific SCP entries out there, did you even listen to Nathan reading the article?
The goat of all the SCPs. The existential dread of everyone slowly realizing what is going on gives me the creeps.
Idk, that description freaked me out. The people in the recording slowly gaining sentience and memory? And it only happens when the recording was played back? Pretty horrific. How quickly would the recording have spiraled out of control if it was left online?
It's not even close to being one of the most horrific ones. I must've read/listened to hundreds of them and they can get insanely dark. They chose relatively tame ones for the episode, which, to be honest, is very understandable
@@darknesseker Nathan said at the beginning he chose from the highest rated ones so there must be a reason the basketball one is so highly rated.

So the scp that Julia got, the more the video is rewinded the more aware the inhabitants become of their situation. It resets everything to the point where the recording originally started. It's an isolated tape and any other recordings of said SCP can not be replicated. It's an existential horror type of situation.

Did SCP 1000 get divorced between the episode and the render? Hang in there, bud. You were too advanced for them.
