Being a Team Driver is a very different than a solo driver as you are experiencing. Number 1 difference is sleeping in a moving tractor is much different than when it’s parked. The roads across the US are poorly maintained. It’s a learning curve for sure. Btw I sometimes use my 30 minute break for those 26 minute NASA naps. It works. We are currently on a dedicated run from California to Massachusetts and back. We currently drive the 2-2 shifts as well. Good luck. Congrats on the subs ha short time.
How are you pay ? We are getting paid 30cents a mile each of us. It’s our first week as team drive and they told us they were going to divide the miles between both of us and also cents so we confuse about how we getting pay
Did she have to solo drive for awhile before they let you guys team drive? Or did she just have to do the Otr with a trainer and then they let you team drive?

Definitely a challenge. Hope we get used to it soon. Taking a nap on the 30 min is actually not a bad idea, Ima try that out stay safe! 🙏🏼
