Hi seen ur videos and wanted to reach out. My wife and I are very interested in doing the same but don’t know the exact steps and best direction to go. How did you guys do the school process in obtaining ur cdl’s? How do you apply for a company as team drivers? Best companies to work as team drivers? Any info would be greatly appreciated

How much does Swift pay you guys?
Me and my man want to get a CDL together and be teams together. Will they allow us to be teams first time OTR?
Not likely. Somebody needs to have the experience so that they can qualify as a trainer and have you or him paired with each other. Best chance is yall get your CDLs. You pair with a female trainer, him a man trainer. Do solo for like 6 months. And usually after that you should be good to go.

Hey ! We’ve been team driving recently , for only 3 weeks .

Were you able to train together?
So we actually went into CDL different times , he went in first with swift got trained for a month . Then couple months later I went in to swift got trained by someone else for a month & once my training was over , I could of went solo or team drive .. which I chose to team drive
Did you have a female trainer? And how did the distance work out?
