    Awesome! Q: When working with the Mapping Node, ever thought on using the Value Node to control all X,Y & Z of the desired Location Scale or Rotation? Instead of changing them one by one if it's gonna be the same value?

    • @blatadej5474
      @blatadej5474  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can connect a value node to all three sockets and then control all three with 1 value (provided by cgmatter).

  • @thegriever4leon
    @thegriever4leon 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    I've been trying to figure out why my render doesn't have any lighting whatsoever and yours does so I'm stuck at 11:40. I have no light unless I input a lamp and I've followed the tutorial to a T up until now. Any settings you have that you didn't mention in the video?

    • @blatadej5474
      @blatadej5474  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmmm, do you have global illumination / hdri? Go into the world tab (the world icon) where you can click on the background, select the hdri file and set the strength from 1 to 2. Let me know if tht works!

    • @blatadej5474
      @blatadej5474  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey! My system specs should be in the description. But you should be fine with gtx cards, 8 or 16g of ram and an i7. You can use sheepit for rendering, so you can focus on making sure your frames look good and put the whole project on the farm!

    • @grvinod1973
      @grvinod1973 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@blatadej5474 oh thanku so much . Will sheepit cost us ? Will it be faster than blender render?

    • @blatadej5474
      @blatadej5474  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sheepit is a free service that works on mutual rendering. When you join, you render 10 frames in order to be able to put your projects forward. You need to render for other people in order to obtain credit, so you can leave the computer running at night and earn a few points. If you go too much into the red, it stops your renders. It's not ideal, but at least it's free!
