I've always liked the cabin and camper axes from Norlund. The phantom bevels are a bonus ! ( 6 minutes in and I was internally screaming "take the sheath off already")
Oh man I thought I was going to get it SOOOOO cheap and then it got run up last minute haha. I really wanted that double bit but it went for a ton higher
That's too pretty to use. I have quite a collection of vintage axe heads just crying for good handles. Bought my first handle from Beaver Tooth Handles a couple months ago for a 6# Collins maul. Thoroughly impressed. Two double bits been staring at me daily, an old Hults Bruk, and a Collins phantom bevel. I'll be checking on those hickory blanks.

This is my new tactic to drive up watch time! Haha
Well played
Do you have an electric car? No I have 100's of axes. Wise choice.
I one hundred percent agree with those priorities!!
EVs are a trend that car companies poured WAYYY too much money into, when the tech and infrastructure does not exist. Axes will last forever!
Roy is a damn artist. Everything from the handle to the leather work is exemplary. Very talented dude.
He really is! Beautiful work
What a beauty! Santa made a great selection. Totally agree with your comments about Brandon and the team. Have a wonderful Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you and yours as well!
I bid on that axe ha ha. I'm glad you got it. Now I have a video to watch you unbox it.

Gorgeous!
Thank you! He did a wonderful job
Excellent review of a high quality tool. Great dissertation and oration sir...
Thank you!
Nice looking axe. Definitely too pretty to work.
Its prowess as a chopper and splitter shall heretofore be forever unknown.
I am so tempted to go out and split with it, but I know the second I do that handle is toast!
Thats a nice bit of gear! Congrats. I think you owe it to yourself to put a mirror polished 22° on it...and swing it🤣
That sounds soooo tempting!
