I'm quite simple, I just like seeing all aspects of your sailing life, sailing, diving, maintenance, hiking dingy rides, it is all part of your lives, it's all good like you.
Coming into La Paz in your eyes and seeing the lost homes in the ocean the sand and on top of each other is truly a very sad feeling and experience for all involved. Yes on your question about seeing the other side of the life y’all live on a boat is the upkeep with maintaining your home and the other side of it. Now with that being said What Happened To The Ice Cream???? 🎉🎉. Thank you. Sails up & Fuel bills down. ❤
Hi Jim, thank you for your comment 😊 Glad to hear you like to see the maintenance side of things as well! Regarding the ice cream; it was delicious! Jays favourite is Ferraro Roche, it’s hard to film because he tends to inhale it in 6 seconds flat 😅 Thanks for watching!
Ahoy, fellow sailors! Sailing Sitka embodies the essence of adventure and tranquility on the waves of Mexico's stunning coastline. From navigating azure waters to embracing the gentle breeze, this channel is a captivating voyage into the heart of sailing.
I do like some boat work content. It gives a perspective on how often routine maintenance should be done and ideas on how to make it easier. I am envious that your motor is accessible from the top, mines under the cockpit (V-drive) and fluids have to be pumped in (zero head room). You have an awesome channel by the way.
Nice video Jay & Kenna ! I just got done changing out fuel lift pump, primary and secondary filters on our motorhome so, I'm channeling that energy on channel 6 ! I know you're further along but look forward to your stop in La Cruz and further and, look forward to see Kenna in some snorkeling fins in the next body of water, if you get my drift....... take care.....
The way you interact with the camera when you are arse up in the engine makes interesting viewing. You summarize well... Your channel is authentic, and not manufactured... That sets you apart from a huge volume of dribble you get in youtube... Well done...
This is why God created men and women the way we are, poor Kenna is emotional and empathetic, and Jay is geeking out on the specs of all the gear that’s been lost and left behind 😀 we all process things in our own way.
Don't ever keep your boat in the storm area in storm season. Never. I have been sailing full time since '84. I have lost count of the number of people I know who have lost boats, and sometimes everything because they didn't want to sail somewhere safe. With global warming you should be more conservative regarding storm season.
i like watching boat repairs cause everyone seems to have different ways of fixing things, like some people really shouldn't have tools while others are pretty creative, thank god you're the latter..... ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ
