    I just rewatched this and listened to the story at the end about both your olds running their Fireblades into a ditch and having to go rescue them. This says a lot about you Chris, or should I say explains a lot. What a legendary tale! You have sold me on a Hayabusa 100%.

    Can;t wait to get my 2024 Busa. Chris along with Ari and Zack are my favourites when it comes to anything biking. @revzilla get Chris on one of your episodes.

    I own a 2023 Hayabusa (all black). It is my 6th Hayabusa, and by far the best incarnation of the lot. Power is exactly where I want it, and the electronic package is the icing on the cake.

      How do you compare it to 2013-2017 Busas which are equipped with ABS and brembos? Better brakes?

      @@atillaadn IMO the Gen 3 is the best version of the 'Busa....however, I have recently sold it on, and replaced it with (again, in my opinion) the more comfortable ZZR1400.

    So many opinions on this bike from so few that have not left there moms basements, to go test ride one in real life. Gen 3 is a fantastic motorcycle.

    I got mine delivered last month, metallic thunder grey, it's everything I ever wanted in a motorcycle, big but still nimble, absolutely gorgeous from every angle, stable and safe with the 6 axis IMU and the best part, it's still got that monster torque sledgehammer of an engine. I scouted the market for about half a year before pulling the trigger, nothing checked everything I wanted except for the hayabusa and when you look at the price, especially me getting it for black friday for under 16k there was nothing that came close, the kawasaki h2 se sx was over 10 grand more, and that's for a supercharged smaller CC engine with much higher maintenance costs and somewhat dodgy reliability and some other cons plus my personal preference where I don't like kawasakis

    I love this class of big bore sport bikes. I've even owned a couple zx14r's but just the cost of insuring these bikes is 💰 💰 💰. Main reason why I ended up selling mine. That and it probably would have destroyed my license.

    Dragging a bike out a ditch ain't exactly hilarious as I found out with my 2003 RSV mille, I made the same bend with no problems at twice the speed with my Ducati 750 sport, the Mille handling was crap in comparison

  • @MicGil
    @MicGil ปีที่แล้ว

    I tried the Hayabusa, and I think it is not that comfortable for long riding, because of the riding position, which is relatively low. I really believe that Suzuki can win a lot of new clients, if they just make a version with higher handlebar and a little more upright position. It shouldn't cost Suzuki much to make that new version, and it can be very profitable. Suzuki .... ??

      Not really. I'm 6.1 and close to 300 pounds, long legged when I first rode one.
      Going from my naked bike to that it felt initially awkward, after 10mins I was fine. Rode it an hour and was very comfortable. Much better than any super sport.

      Don't think that's fair, if this was a 125 or even a A2 compliant bike and we were purposely targeting young and new riders I would agree with you. BTW, from I can remember, people coming back to riding after a long break are the most likely to be involved in an accident.
