    To whoever who is lost rn.....its okay...it happens with everybody at some point of life...u are not alone......just believe in urself that u are gonna make it through💗🌻🍃🍂🌌🌈🌠✨

    Becoming "lost in thought" when your thinking wanders and your feelings are "swallowed" when you become stressed, feeling the tenseness of your body and the "fog" of your mind taking you away from the clarity of your mind in these moments leads to a physical and mental discomfort that can cause feelings of anxiety, when your mind "drifts"(becomes unaware and unfocosed)..worried, scared, and anxious...Does this sound familiar to you? I hope it does!
