This meditation taught me this morning some very important and useful points. When we feel gloomy, or any other uncomfortable (negative) feeling, these feelings are not abnormal but NORMAL human feelings. For myself, I always thought that these difficult feelings, and then me myself,
was abnormal mentally for feeling this way or that, and not knowing how to deal with them by using the breath as a place to turn to for relief, we (I)
suffered more intensely than was necessary. I am so glad to have your meditations so freely available to me and find it difficult to express in words
    my appreciation for you guys.

This was amazing..I loved that it said that gloomy mood has no time fixed, so patience is a virtue. Thank you for that .

Does it matter if the out breath is thru the nose or the mouth? Thank you.

It does not. We only recommend this in the beginning of the practice because there's research to suggest breathing this way relaxes the body more. But whatever is more comfortable for you is the way you should breathe.

I tried this meditation again tonight and re-read my comments from 3 weeks ago. I do not see anything "wrong" with my comments. I would like to hear from you what criteria you use whether or not to reply to whatever comments people send back to you?
