these seem like just "stretching" exercises - no yoga - must be just for pregnant women
Stretching is a part of Yoga. Also, we have separate videos on Prenatal Yoga on our TH-cam Channel. Happy learning! :)
these head movements up and down and side to side making me feel sick to my stomach
