    Thank you for the comment you made about the towels hanging up just being part of Italy! So many of these people that do tours seem to apologize for everything that is the Italy we want to see. They apologize if a car drives by or if somebody walks down the street, or if two people are talking. I want to see what the place is really like, and not just the interior! So let me see how much traffic it has, let me see where the neighbors hang their laundry, let me hear the church bells chime, this is what I’m after!

      Thanks for your comment! My mission when I started the channel was "provide an unbiased opinion about the properties" and I will Continue to do so even if maybe in a year I become a real estate agent myself (who knows). I have plans to expand my service and I firmly believe that I have to build a connection with You guys that is based on trust. For this reason there will be no sugarcoated comment and I really appreciate your comment as it testifies that you are liking the approach. Thanks for the motivation!

      @@OneStopAbruzzoI also agree completely with your approach, Rino! Trust comes with transparency. Knowing reality is always better, and this approach will lead to the all-important word-of-mouth recommendations (both literal and through social media). If you also at some point start showing the progress of renovation projects for people who have found property through you, that will lead to understanding and trust in the “team” that you have built to support buyers. Walk throughs with a geometra or architect (as needed), are always helpful, too. Excited to see how this grows for you and all of us! 😁

    I love they hang their towels and clothes out to dry. I grew up not having a dryer...its so fresh smelling to let the sun dry. We lived in South Florida. Living in Alabama I still do that at least twice a year...pillows, etc. 💖💥😎

    I see you talked about 2 bedrooms & a potential kitchen, and there is at least a bathroom already, but no real living area - so it would be more like a studio apartment with another small bedroom. The views are lovely, and it could be a nice little home or holiday spot !

      Good point! Definitely I see this as holiday sport in a historical town in a great location.

    Seems an excellent value property. How much would you expect a standard renovation to cost (broad range)? It’s also very helpful to see the measurements, in feet too - thanks 😊 - a useful addition your videos.

    • @OneStopAbruzzo
      @OneStopAbruzzo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for your feedback, it really helps and I'm glad you liked the measurement instrument :) your question is very difficult to answer because it depends on so many factors, generally for an apartment of that size and if the roof is in good condition it shouldn't be to costly, probably and additional 30/40 should suffice. In any case if you're interested send us an email as we work with many companies that can provide an accurate quote :)

    I agree with kkerr; churchbells and laundry blowing in breeze mean your in Italy!! Could be a perfect place for someone that can do a lot of stairs carrying groceries.

    I so agree with @kkerr1953... I think you said the laundry was part of the landscape... and so it is. Loved this little place with so much potential... and the views... oh my... the views! also, I love how you incorporate a photograph to show how something could look... also converting from meters to feet... Thank you for another great video and another great opportunity for someone to create a home in Italy. For a home like this that is part of a palazzo, is it possible for someone who is renovating their individual unit, and if they wanted to spend the money, to renovate the entrance, steps, and stairs leading to their unit? Also, love the you have a laser measuring device and explaining what is possible and ideas of what changes might be made. You are really getting in the groove with your videos. Bravo!

    • @OneStopAbruzzo
      @OneStopAbruzzo  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hiii! Thanks for your comment. Technically it could be possible but of course being a shared area you will need to have the agreement of everyone, also, being an historical building there are limitations on what you can do in terms of style. If you have specifi's questions drop me and email and I'll check with Anna. Anna and his husband have been working in Penne forever and they know everything about this.

    I wonder how many units were in this building and if there are some type of monthly maintenance costs? Has this property been lived in recently? Are all the utilities ready to go?
    Keep the tiles for sure! 👍🏻
    Lose that glass wall between the kitchen and bathroom.
    Thanks. I like Penne.

    Ti ringrazio Rino di mostraci quella casa. Mi sa che è inclusa nella propria cinta muraria della città (le mura antiche diciamo). Mi pare che uno debba spendere circa la stessa somma di denaro per fare i lavori di ristrutturazione che per comprare l'appartamento stesso. Le viste dalle finestre e della terrazza sono assolutamente stupende e sono quelle che fanno la gran parte del valore del luogo.😎😎😎😎

    It looks like Abruzzo IS NOT the place to buy. Thousands of places empty. Why is that? If I buy in Italy it would be to be in an Italian atmosphere and way of living, not a little enclave full of expats in Italy!!!!

    • @OneStopAbruzzo
      @OneStopAbruzzo  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Well, it depends what you're looking for! Also, it's not true, places are not empty, of course some towns are but try and check Guardiagrele, Casoli, Atri, Giulianova and think again. Many are also seeking tranquility and cheap living and that's exactly what you're getting here. Cost of living is insanely low and for the same money that you might spend here you won't be able to buy the same in other regions. Thanks for commenting!
