They cover the briques for protection and isolation. They do it now too. In a colder country keeps more warm inside and when its raining you want have infiltretions

Two thumbs up for this one... Location, views, creative architectural features (love the fireplace... and the combination of brick, stone and terra cotta wine holders)... The outside could be refreshed or restored depending on budgets. It's easy to imagine sitting by the fire on a snow day! Exceptional Rino... thank YOU!

Really interesting home. I would be prepared to sacrifice downstairs space to install a proper staircase as spiral staircases are very unappealjng for me. Very liveable and manageable. Thanks Rino.

Vero, non l'ho detto! :) Circa una decina di minuti per arrivare a Penne, quindi abbastanza vicino!

What is the nearest large town? Sorry if I missed that
Sorry, I forgot to say it, normally I always include this information. The biggest town would be Penne at around 10 km from the house or you have Farindola and Montebello at 3/4 km.
Why are kitchens always upstairs ?

Yes, I think you can cover them but you have to dig holes into the bricks which is not ideal. You can run them into brass pipes which is even nicer but more expensive :)

Hi, you are correct, I did a copy paste from a previous title, I edited it know. It's actually adjacent to another house of the left, but the house is totally indipendent.
