- I may be integrating more of this meal prep with me content, because it's summer and during the summer months things get a little busy, so having meals ready to go helps me a ton with my responsibilities and my time management.
I wanted this to be a relaxing no talking video, because I like watching these types of videos to fall asleep as well.

Working in silence is soothing. My kitchen is my happy place. Way to stay prepared. 🥰
I agree! I had to work in silence otherwise it would have taken me way longer to finish it all 😂 silence is focus for me

Most of the time I am in silence when I meal prep. It’s one of my most relaxing forms of meditation.
I keep a conversation going with my dog while I cook. She understands every word.

I LOVE the silent cooking videos. ❤❤❤ and I also love that you're using utensils, pots, pans etc that the average everyday person has in their kitchen vs the fancy expensive stuff.

Thank you for slowing down and doing one meal at a time. As someone with ADHD, it is very difficult to keep my thoughts linear and do one thing at a time.

Refried beans are so easy to make that it's downright embarrassing canned or cooked pinto beans mashed and fried in lard/shortening/oil just to blend done. Love your channel

AWESOME! That jerk chicken and Peruvian inspired dish look amazing. The spicy green sauce is my favorite part of Peruvian food.
I love the green sauce, it’s what makes the meal for me! If you’ve never had it, Peruvian papas a la huancaina are amazing as well

This was so lovely! It reminded me of waking up on rural relatives' farms to the sound and aroma of a wonderful breakfast. So far, I'm only partway through the video, so maybe there will be lovely, sensuous dinner & supper meals, too (I hope so!).

I recently found your channel and I love the concept of what you do here. I wasn't expecting to run across this video of just the ASMR but I was doing watching it originally when I fell asleep last night and I woke up later and then started it over and watched it again and it's now after midnight. :) I like what you did here and the cheeseburger bowl is my favorite. I subscribed about a week ago and have the notifications turned on.

Lots of chicken & rice left. We had streamed broccoli as a side, that’s gone.
I used up a box of yellow rice & we each had half of a Dole tropical fruit cup.
A very satisfying dinner!

What I liked more is your use of more veggies in different ways like the last one. Looks so good! I like the talking videos but this is nice too. I wish the seasoning blend was on the video for easy referring to would help also. Love your videos!

Plz make more videos like this! No talking ans texts on the screen with steps and context....It's perfect! Reminds me of how i can only watch movies with captions on. Voices can be very overwhelming.
