Deltora Quest and Roman of Rin are two soooo nostalgic series I’ve read in my childhood, and lol even though I’m hardly into adulthood, they still bring so much memories 😭❤️😭
If you enjoyed the vampire academy series, I recommend you read the bloodlines spin off series. I ended up loving it even more than the original books....but then I always did have a huge soft spot for Adrian in the original series so I was super happy to still be able to read on about him.
Oh yeah I think it was you who said the assassin's curse duology was going out of print, so I'm glad another publisher took it on as I would like to read them!
Is there anything in particular that you would like me to recommend? I'm always looking for more themes for book recs! I recently did an Autumn reads recommendation video, and a top 5 books I read last season video if you're interested!
Rowan of Rin was one of my favourite series growing up and I still reread it at least once a year! I would consider you having finished the Old Kingdom books now (though I know it has been expanded to more books and short stories, Sabriel, Lirael, amd Abhorsen are the core books).
I wanted to skip The Chamber of Secrets, too because I got books three and four for Christmas, but the second book a day later. I was impatient and wanted to dive into number three imediately, but my mum stopped me, pointing out that it might be better to read them in the right order.
I actually did something similar with Chamber of Secrets. . . only instead of trying to read it I just saw the movie. 😳 I think I did read it before the last two books came out, but honestly can't be sure as I've read it over a dozen times since.
I have to finish Deltora Quest! My dad started buying them for me when I was little, but he would buy anything with that name that he found, so I have 2 or 3 books of each series, but not the whole thing lol. I have to buy the rest so that I can finish
Shall I be mean? The inkheart Trilogy is going to have new books added to it. Cornelia Funke announced that she's writing a fourth book continuing the series. But I think it will be rather a Sequel because it's taking place some years later than the final book. I almost hate it when authors decide to continue a series that was said to be complete x years later because a) we have to wait so much time for zhe new books, b) there's always the danger of destroying the fantastic series that has already been established and c) if ruins my statistics for the book series I have finished and adds to the pile I haven't finished. All first world problems, but none the less...
Love The Tomorrow series, one of my all time faves. I started reading this when I was in high school - well before it was added to the curriculum. Had to wait for each book to come out - torture! I have read the main 7 books so many times. Am currently reading it to my daughter (10). Have you read any of The Ellie Chronicles?
It's funny because I haven't finished the HP series either, and if we are talking about those books in english then I haven't even started it even tho I have all the books, because I did read the first two books in Portuguese back when I could only read books translated to my mother language. I also finished the Twilight series in Portuguese and that was the only series I managed to finish when I was reading in Portuguese. Right now ever since I started reading again and in English (as of 2016) I have started and finished the Grisha Trilogy by Leigh Bardugo, the Shades of Magic trilogy by V. E. Schwab, the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan and... that's all xD So yah, not much. I'll talk about the ones I have started and not finished in your other video ;)
I watched the first HP movie, and after falling in love with the story, I immediately went to my library to read the second book. I never got around to reading the first book. Haha.
I wish instead of just listing it off you also gave us a quick review on what you thought of the series
If you liked the Goddess Test series I would recommend her Black Coat Rebellion trilogy as well.
Go girl! You're doing better than me, I still haven't finished the Lunar Chronicles and that's two years in the making!

I just finished The Lunar Chronicles last week and I loved it! I spent almost all my free time finishing the last book.
The Silver Trilogy from Kerstin Gier is awesome😉
Oh yeah I think it was you who said the assassin's curse duology was going out of print, so I'm glad another publisher took it on as I would like to read them!
I'm so glad the Pirate's Wish/Assassin's Curse duology was picked up by another publishing house - they are amazing books!
I need to finish the Illuminae series. I freaking loved book 1!
Six of Crows and Monsters of Verity - girl, you're missing out!!!
OMG I loved Inkheart so much
Can you do a recommendation books video?
Is there anything in particular that you would like me to recommend? I'm always looking for more themes for book recs!

Still haven’t finished HP 😬
Jay G You're kidding. OMG how can you?! :D Please do me a favor and finish the series :D
You are not alone gurl!
I understand the struggle of missing one book. It is always unfortunate.

I never finished the Inkheart series. I just forgot to get the third book at some point.

There's MORE Deltora?! I read that series when I was 7 or 8. I didn't know there's more!

DQ3 has dragons!
What’s the second maus book? I thought it just had 2 covers
I'm actually surprised you haven't read Mistborn yet! To be fair I only read it this year, but shhh...
I really would like to read the Vampire Academy series but for some reason I just never have gotten around to picking it up.
brooklynnnnereads I finally picked it up last month and I'm currently on book 3 😊 It's a lot better than I thought it would be! Maybe give it a shot?
Rita Azevedo Good to hear! Hearing good things definitely makes me want to read it more :)
i listened to the audiobooks of this series its great!
Do you have any interest in the Throne of Glass or A Court of Thorns and Roses series?

I thought you also finished the red rising trilogy
I've read the first 3 books in the Red Rising saga (so technically the first 'trilogy'), but not Iron Gold!
