I have been thinking about doing a more in-depth look at the three comprehensive epic orchestral libraries out there: Jaeger, Ark 1 and Majestica. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in!

The two pieces I'm showing in the beginning of the video never caused any cpu issues on my system, so I didn't have to undertake any steps to get rid of them. That said I'm using a cpu with 12x3.8 GHz (don't remember the name rn) and a pretty high buffer size.
Jaeger absolutely lacks dynamics .. ARK is a little better at it, which is due to the age of this collection for Jaeger shame ... ARK 5 is two more classes higher

Jaeger = better legato
Ark = More robust and a little more epic
Source: I own both because I blow my entire paychecks on sample libraries
Epic

Yes please. I'd like to hear your opinions. I have all three, but only used Metro1 and Majestica in projects. Thx

@@c-c-laurin-lenschow that's nice thanks for the answer and the content ❤️
Sorry for the late answer but I just saw your question. In Kontakt Instrument click on "Purge all Samples".
Jaeger blows Metropolis out of the water
Eh, apples and oranges. I hear pros and cons on both.

Jeager sounds thin and synthy in upper parts, totally lacks life. ARK is so much better.
I disagree about dynamics when it comes to low to mid stuff. But as the other commenter said in the higher ranges Ark does a better job
