This adds so much more to the Asmonlore bro it's insane
I love how "embarrassed son" Asmon is in this. He keeps glancing at the camera just a bit. Not extreme and honest embarrassment. Just the natural "kid's embarrassment" we all feel about our parents. It's very genuine. Mixed with love. It adds a lot to these stories as Asmondad tells them throughout the vid. 😆
It's so relaxing listening to the older generation tell stories. I could listen to Asmondad talk for hours
I love how Asmond helps pops stay the course on longer tangents. Good son. 😊
He knows all the story beats so he knows when to step in, that's a good relationship they have
episode came out 5 mins ago and mfs already commenting about how good it was.
I watched it on 6x speed and can confirm it was a solid episode
I mean Asmondad is coming out swinging in the first 5 minutes lol
I’m already on my 5th time watching it
Just finished it, and it was great. I was sad the chat ended. I love hearing stories about people's lives, especially from time periods I can only try to imagine.
I time traveled to the this era so i could watch it 99th time when it comes out
As someone who lost their both grandparents on both my mother's and father's sides, I can't help but listen to the fullest whenever an elder starts speaking. Makes me happy that Asmon gets to spend good, quality time with his father.
You can see where Asmon gets his Charisma points from. What a guy
I love how asmon's dad just eats him for breakfast and puts him in his freaking place on streams lmao
One of the best podcast's I've seen. Watching Asmon squirm, in a good way, was awesome. You can see how much respect he has for his father. Great to see.
So glad it's not clickbait this time 😂
That video had more than 50% dislike. It only took them a couple of hours to change the title and thumbnail to remove the clickbait xD
I believe (but could be wrong) that they even alluded to the people being angry in the following episode.
what clcikbait?
@@raghavshukla2005 Episode 49. The title was something like "Inviting Asmondad on the podcast" and the thumbnail was Asmon's pa.
But it was referencing a 30 second discussion in the middle of the episode where the gang said they should invite their parents. Their parents weren't actually in the video.
They now changed it to "What our parents really think about the podcast" with a blurred out picture of a random? person.
@@maxinoume ohhhhhhhhhhhhh ,I thought you were talking about this episode
Ok this explains how Asmon can turn a 20 minute video into a 50 minute react video😂😂😂
Ima need about 16 more episodes of Asmons dad, that man can tell one hell of a story.
Asmon's dad unironically dresses really good.
What a savage
"Knew his mom for 50 years, heavy smoker till they day she died...uhh set herself on fire" LMAO
i cringed hard at that i feel like asmon wasn't ready for that but fuck me is his dad unhinged haha
@@Nobsy98 i mean both of them have barely to no filter im glad to see asmonpa doesnt hold back punches and honestly asmon cant get mad at his dad for being honest both of them probably know it was true
@@Nobsy98 it's been 3 years now since his mom passed away. I have lost both my parents, so I understand the pain of losing a loved one, but at one point you have to fucking move on, life is more than mourning the ones you lost. So yeah, it's not a case of "too soon".
@@Nobsy98 that's how people who lose someone close all the time deal with the loss. My grandpa has lost basically all of his close friends, and my grandma when she was in her 30's. The only way you keep living after all of that is being insanely tough. Never seen him cry a single time in my life, up until his best friend he would hang out with every week for 50+ years died in a car wreck.
@@omulamfibie Source: You, with emotional issues.
His dad is a national treasure.
He’s like my pops, amazing stories and we could talk for hours but when it comes to questions, he has to guided back just to answer initial question, but awesome for asmon to bring him
The real OTK finally joined the podcast!
OTK? What is it?
@@TimmyTurner421 One true king. Some people say its a content creator group for twitch streamer (asmon is a former of it), but in reality, its a sexcult ..
2 minutes in, and I fucking love this guy.
I think I counted 5-6 cuts; that unreleased footage is the Holy Grail of OTK now
Lol u counted the times they edited this??? Wow...get a life.
@@I_Am_L_3 uhh, it doesn't take any extra time and barely any extra mental effort to notice this
It’s amazing how similar Asmon and Asmondad’s inflections are. Great episode!
Cool to have your Old Pa on the Podcast. Everyone has a story.
dude, legendary Asmon's Dad here out of fucking nowhere while im eating a dinner, can call it a good day
Hell yeah
44:25 we not gonna discuss how Asmon casually drinks water.
them casual water drinkers be taking over, where my tryhards at???
Great episode I miss hearing my pops Vietnam stories, he passed away a few years back. I’m glad I was able to hear AsmonDad talk about Vietnam 10/10 episode.
Holy shit, good job editor, that ending with the Asmondad freeze was so perfect! That was 1 to 1 like in this old shows haha.
This is Gold.....Asmon and his Pa can sure spin a yarn.. love listening to this
