I first heard this arrangement of 'Silent Night' in 1975, at the age of 17. My mother, sister and I were doing Christmas shopping in Kingston- Upon-Thames, , Surrey and Barry Rose's beautiful version of this carol was being played from the steeple of the parish church. I was completely blown away by it and always will be. Such harmonies!!
