Thanks Jonathan, really enjoyed this. When the time comes, look into a pop-top camper for your truck. Cook inside, stand up, running water, heat, nice propane fridge, and hang out when it's the "bug hour" in the evening and you want to eat dinner in peace. Mine's a '94 LiteCraft on a 2002 Tacoma and oh boy is it awesome in all weathers! The Sawtooths....aaahhhh. Sawteeth?
How cool would it be if you added some LED string lights to your rear “garage” door, so you could have extra lighting when you have the whole back end opened up!

Jonathan you should try and search for a pop-up camping sink that you can hook to a gallon of water and also try to come up with your own pop-up indoor shower so that way you can live that life and see that beautiful Mountain View every single day

Just noticed where you are at. One of my most favorite places in Idaho. There is a camp ground on the opposite side of the dam just below the dam. It has a hiking trail that goes to upper and lower palisades Lakes. I am 60 and do to Heath issues I can no longer make the hike (been going there since I was 6) but it definitely some of my favorite memories.

I like this camper setup. Its quite good. Have you considered a compact fire pit drum. There's ample dead wood there to collect or chop. Even the sticks scattered are nice firewood. How about hot links over a fire 😁☕
The wood can be used to cook with too.

So cool to see you cooking up gourmet meals eith your fresh caught trout. BTW it was fun watching you catch the fish in your previous video. Your morning view was do perfect, it almost didn’t look real.

Good job on the full time job Jonathan and making the jump. Keep up the good work, would love to see you hook up with Primal Outdoors channel or some of the other overlander channels when you get back Oregon. The big trips are great, but there is also a ton of good stuff within a few hours of Portland too, would love to see some more catch and cook. Used those egg holders for years, they work great, but yeah a fridge sponsor should be in your future. I love my Iceco. I'm not much a trout eater, but you made that look pretty darn good.
About storing eggs Jonathan, being that you seem to be in cool to cold environments. you don't need to keep them refrigerated. Check online, if in doubt.
