- I absolutely LOVE this floorplan everybody! It is one of my top favorites for Class A gas motorhomes. Spacious with opposing slides, yet short enough you can fit in national parks and campgrounds. Gotta love the Precept!!! Wait till you see the upgrades for 24... Awesome and interesting to say the least (I'm looking at you windows)

Everyone is commenting that they love the floorplan but one thing I don't like about it is the shower location all by itself across the passageway from the toilet/sink space. It doesn't allow for much privacy. I'd rather go through one door to do all my business. I prefer the Precept 34G. It loses the extra kitchen counter space but gains a sofa and a lot of room in other areas. More elbow room on the throne plus an optional washer/dryer. Less than $12K extra will get you 3.5 feet more length and the optional washer/dryer.

Two things folks rarely show - livability with the slide CLOSED (bing! you win!) and the OCCC or CCC sticker... Demonstrators always talk about all the storage a unit has but rarely show the available weight capacity
Excellent point about the visibility of the backup screen, but you didn’t sit there so it’s hard to tell…other than that it’s a great floorplan. I love the window shades.
I appreciate being able to see the slides in, too. The msrp would be nice to know.

Thank you. This is one of my favorite floor plans. We don't have an RV yet, but this is and the Greyhawk 30Z are the only two I want.
I have a question about using the bed with the slide in. I heard a different TH-camr say that the manufacturers don't test the beds with the slides in. Therefore if you sleep that way and have a slide out issue, they won't honor the warranty. Is this true for Jayco?
Julie, we love the same layouts! 30Z is my top pick for Class C as well.
That's a great question and I've never heard it before. I will have to ask my rep from Jayco if he knows anything about it. Off the top I would assume it is covered, because how would they know whether it was someone sleeping on it with the bed in?

Main dislike on this Precept has always been no pantry and no drawers under the bench seats.
Also why have they not moved to 12 volt refrigerators?
The 12V fridge is an option for this model! You're right. Needs a pantry and drawers for sure
Keep showing the slides closed and add the MSRP price and your discount price like Matt's rv reviews does for General RV.

I choose not to discuss price because each model may have different specs and different discounts at the time of filming vs what we have in stock. I pray that if someone is very interested they'll give me a call to get our availability and pricing :)

Are stack washer dryer set ups available?
No washer dryer available in this model!
Is there an option for electric telescoping and up down steering wheel settings?
The steering wheel moves up and down, but it is slight. No telescoping options yet. They are all on the same chassis F53 so Ford needs to step up their game on that one!!

Yes it does!

I know! It seems to be a Ford thing and not many manufacturers are upgrading them
What does UL stand for on the Jayco Motorhome?
Clyde your guess is as good as mine but I am thinking they used to have an island that pulled out so if you closed that the kitchen went from U shaped to L shaped??
