How to Make Classic and Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

  • I hope you enjoy both of my hummus recipes! You can customize my classic recipe however you want! Have fun!
    Ingredients:
    1 Can Chickpeas
    3 Tbsp Tahini Paste
    Juice from 1/2 Lemon
    1/2 Tsp Salt or to Taste
    1 Tsp Water to Start
    1 cove Garlic

    As I've started to transition to a pescaterian diet prior to my weight loss surgery, you've been a tremendous help to me on my pre-op diet. This tastes so much better than what I've been buying from tge store or restaurant. I also roasted garlic and added it to your classic hummus 👍🏽👍🏽

    I made hummus today and forgot to put in garlic too. Still was good maybe the cumin helped 😊🇨🇦 love your recipes💕🇧🇷🇮🇱
