Lunge spirals are always a challenge, keeping the pelvis facing forwards!
I liked the one breath holds. Great variations too.

Really enjoying this, I can really feel the pull inside when drawing the heal towards me, I really like this type of leg exercise. I also like the rocking back ones as well. I do feel my core is getting stronger. ❤🙏 Thank you Alice.
