    Thanks. Wonderful.
Slowly getting used to your English pronunciation and speed. Always better.
As I am doing your classes, more feelings and sensations, and more questions.
I wait to reallyy understand what I want to ask, and how.
    Thanks, thanks, thanks.
    👍😊🙏🙏🙏

I do speak fast, probably too fast trying to pack in all the instructions and also get enough practise into the videos 😂you're doing very well!

Wow. I really look forward to my daily dose with you. I really felt good with the move in quadruped and lengthening the glutes a bit. When I moved back with the rib strength I felt a definite lift. Thanks so much.

That is so lovely of you - thank you! The biomechanics of the pose - lengthening the glutes whilst gently widening the sitting bones - combined with the hypopressives breath and lift is a total winner :)

Yay!! I have been putting my mind to some lower back work, so look out for that in the new flows!

Thought this was really good. Visualising really helped with breathing. Thank you Alice.

Lovely, I kept getting disturbed this morning but came back to x2 it so it felt like a long session for me.

Thank you again. This exercise was a challenge. It really made me think of my breathing and balance.

Yes absolutely, some of the moves are so much harder than they look - great for the core and pelvic floor!

I love these focus sessions, they really make me think and feel my body as I move and breathe x

This is a good one. I can feel something more on the exhale

❤ love this one. Especially the attention to the relaxation part. I’ll next to do it again because I wasn’t getting as much relax as I’d like to. Maybe in the vending time would be better. Thanks

A bit of biomechanics for pelvic health and hypopressives combo is a total win :)

Hello! If you head into the beginners playlist section, there are some intro videos that explain what to do - this one is the one where you can find detailed teaching into how to do the breathwork including the rib stretch in 3 simple steps th-cam.com/video/ZYMezjFpmVo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=mPPYeOTBpP7nC-9i
