Rupert Rupert, pure gold.. Christ said" man know thyself"... The beauty in the passages you read brings me to laughter and tears. I am overwhelmed... Many talk about your keen intellect but really it is your heart that speaks...
    Thank you Rupert.

When I went to purchase this book a few weeks ago and was told it was been re-published and back in stock end of July I was patient to wait... I am so blessed to have read the first chapter through the eyes of Rupert... To Love You Rupert is to Love Myself. Being Loved In God, Gods Love In Being. Thank You, O Dearest Rupert

This is a very refreshing look. Most modern talking heads at home show a super hip display of books likely never read by the person and chic objects never touched. Not Rupert. Standard unpainted bookshelf PACKED with books, and he has surely read them all. Natural window lighting.

Back in the 70s and 80s there were beauty contests on TV quite often. Those that made it to the final few would be interviewed on stage and when asked what they wanted to do in life they would say "Oh, I just want to be happy." We would shake our heads and "tut-tut." But how wise these young women were!

At 18 minutes in Rupert beautifully helps explains for us the depths of our nature of awareness of Being... It prevades the content of experience but it is never graspable as an experience like a rainbow whose source can never be found. It can not be found not because it is so far but because it is so close. Awareness of Being is known in each of us as the sense of being myself or the knowledge of I am. Thank you.

It's been a few months so I think it's appropriate I make an honest comment for this man. I had severe IBS AFTER my mother in law died I developed these illnesses. It distracted me from the death and all that. I chased and chased and chased relief. There were days and weeks and months I couldn't poop.. I'd bleed instead. I'd go to hospitals to get it removed. The pain was unbearable, so much so I had a plan to end it all. I would sometimes need to stab my self to get relief from my Intestine pain. This was very severe!!!!!! There was a point I was no longer able to eat with out reacting. There's a video Rupert did, that literally changed my life. I never knew who he was and I certainly wasn't searching for these videos. This one video found me, I watched this quick video about trauma and pain in the body.. I cried for that whole 8 minutes so hard. I remember directly after watching it, I felt something leave my physical body. I cried that whole morning! That was the last day I ever experienced Intestine pain. It's been gone ever since. I also no longer have IBS. It's completely gone! GONE! I can eat what I want and I go to the bathroom with zero issues.
What Rupert is speaking of is life changing people. It's real, it's incredible, it's truth!!!! I'm walking proof right here!!!! Let us be the open space for sensations! So much love to my fellow humans! I hope each and every one of you, stops the chase and rejoices in love. Xoxo ❤️💖 I'll see yall on the other side. :)

The absence of suffering or "Happiness" is the absence of self-thought. You can't think yourself happy even by imagining happiness was always there and is your birth right. If you are imagining that you are naturally happy you are keeping an illusory sense of self alive. We are not happiness. We don't have separate selves. Understanding oneself is seeing that there is no separate self.

Hi Rupert, just to let you know I bought this book...not because I need more intellectual info on 'finding self' as it's an oximoron, but as a way of putting something back into the universe for all your help in pointing me towards truth.🙏

Acceptance of a loved ones death is a tall order. Can we consider ourselves loving human beings and put out departed loved ones in a compartment of the past seldom to be opened? And what do we do with the mountains of memories that have shaped and focused our lives? Yes, happiness is uncaused but death of cherished people may provide the heat strong enough to destroy us and our sacred happiness.

If memories are Dvds on a shelf, you can choose one to watch. You might even laugh or cry at the same point every time. But those are in your past so they're just in your head. Can someone take those or are they readily available?

As an enneagram 3 the achiever i tend to make enlighment inte a Quest. Thou i feel that the very search for it in the way i search it is more a block to it. Thou I'm just saying it's not wrong trying alternative ways. It could be something like just hooked on searching whilst no answers truly satisfy you you see the way you go about it will guarantee you to always miss the mark.

Off topic but I have a question. When you first discover certain knowledge and even experience it it seems to disappear the next day. Is this normal? Im not after the states themselves rather the wisdom or implications that’s there and hidden. I can spend an entire day writing all the things I find while in that state but cant even grasp what I wrote the very next day. Is it normal or should I seek professional help?

However if happiness is what we are if peace is what we are there is no individuality within it.
