    This is my second time listening to this IN ONE DAY. I switch to the video format to try it out! I’ve already sent it to my mom and my sister. This episode had such wonderful, tangible takeaways and I enjoyed it so much I feel like I’m gonna have to listen to it two or three more times to get everything I needed to from it. So excited about the changes you’re making!! Well done ❤🎉

    I can't stress how different this podcast is! I have heard these concepts so many times but they never give any ACTIONABLE advice or recommendations. They say "I will start them on an anti-inflammatory protocol" which means nothing to me! Thank you sooo much! I took notes and am implementing it now!

    OMG…I kid you not, three weeks ago, ordered a test to figure out whether I was a non-secretor (just felt in my gut that I was - 😉) and came back positive as a FUT2- Non secretor (devastated) but so glad I know now. What are the ODDS that it’s mentioned on this first episode of What’s the Juice right when I needed it? So so so thankful for this podcast, you have no idea! ❤ also a Taurus Sun & Venus with a Virgo Moon like Dr. Cowan ✨

    Hello from Canary islands. Good conversation. To complicated i am sorry. Simplify the diet. Vegetables are not a good route to follow in the long term

    Would soaking the beans start the sprouting process which converts anti-nutrients to nutrients?

    I got the information on the acute phase of tamping down inflammation but I'm a bit confused on what the next "gut protocol phase" is. Is it not following the low fod map diet anymore but adding in HMO's, apple peel powder and keeping up with the red fruit powder? Is there a certain time period for this? Is this stage the actual "gut protocol?" Any clarification would be greatly appreciated as I''m taking notes and planning for my own gut protocol.
    Thank you so much for the info- it's super empowering and informative!

    Thank you so much for this episode! I have been looking for help everywhere. I have an odd/curious case. Ever since having covid last july i can only digest meat and meat products. It was literally overnight as if something short circuited. I used to eat a well rounded diet of single ingredient whole foods, but now I just can't digest fiber or sugar/carbs (no fruit, veggies, starches, grains, teas) they cause pain, hives, bloating, belching, farting and constipation/diarrhea :( I can't even digest supplements or unsweetened herbal teas. So bizarre! Not even ginger tea I'm so frustrated. The only upside to being an accidental carnivore is that physically i look good and technically I have much more energy with no brain fog. But I'm a foodie! I miss other foods and I'm concerned about the long term effects. I saw a naturopath who suggested I follow my body's lead for now and try reintroducing other foods in a few months one teaspoon at a time. If that goes well then I might invest in some of the supplements mentioned in this video. At the moment I can't even digest vitamin C :(

      @monicacason5287 omg really! I'm so sorry you're going through this but i at least don't feel so isolated. I have not found an answer yet sigh but I'm trying to be patient hoping my body might reset itself (it's been 1 year and 2 months now). Is there anything you use to cope?

    • @monicacason5287
      @monicacason5287 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @breelarose8057 I did the carnivore diet for over a year, but was diagnosed with Bile Acid Malabsorption and had to stop because I couldn't eat enough fat. So now I'm trying very slowly to reintroduce plants into my diet...it's a very hard process. I eat a lot of chicken, turkey, cottage cheese, and rice, plus whatever else I'm trying to tolerate. I am super tired all the time, and my last bloodwork showed signs of malnutrition. I am so envious when I see folks looking at menus and just deciding to eat whatever they feel like!

    The lack of timestamps is definitely gonna push viewers away. I don't know many ppl who are gonna watch the entire podcast to find the info. Gotta have timestamps for each protocol to be honest.
