As someone who has fought my symptoms since covid - for the insomnia: do not underestimate allergies near and around your head. The bed! Your face. Your skincare. The ring on your finger is it dirty. The air in your room. The clothes you're wearing to bed. How clean your legs or the arm your sleeping on is. Is your hair tie allergened? Your hair - clarifying charcoal shampoo try that. Watch out for surprising allergens. My husband and i if we lie "wide awake" we hunt that sucker down. And we find something specific every time thats getting us sick. Just a big tip!

Love the spiritual layer. BT is used in organic farming. So even if you buy organic produce, there is a chance it has been sprayed on the plants (typically cruciferous vegetables). Most of it can be washed off when cleaning produce with water.

I'm so sad at what a bad representation this episode gave around the field of chiropractic. It just touched on one small portion of the feeld and left out such a huge section. I've worked in a chiropractic office for over 3 years now. And I TRULY see people's posture change. It really happens. Visibly just by looking, as well as confirmes via xray and progress photos. We see big big change in our office. It's truly amazing. The other part that you left out is the impact getting adjusted regularly has on your nervous system! It is SO helpful for that. I see patients come in that are stuck in a sympathetic state, and after being under care for just a short time they become more parasympathetic, calm, etc. I know the hypermobolity is a special case, and that was the goal of the episode. But I'm just sad to have heard the negative talk about essentially all chiropractors. There really is such a great community of chiropractors that I know personally who don't fit into this "scammy" chiro you guys labeled on the podcast. I have never felt negativity from your podcast before. Not like it came off in this episode. And I have been a follower for many years and have listened to EVERY single episode. I'm so bummed!

It is so informative and emotionally satisfying to listen to you Fiona and Olivia. I resonate with so many things you mention like Gluten and histamine related health issues including mental, neurodiversity. All things that I have been figuring out on my own through feeling my body and researching. It's a lonely journey but now I feel I am almost 100% on top of things even if I still have occasional and sometimes frequent flares and still wanting to find the root cause but there has been improvement so I concentrate on that. I like the idea of journaling and trusting that I will get answers. Will give that a shot. I also use an app called 'Foody' that helps you track everything you eat and add notes, symptoms, etc. which was a savior in the first years of the diagnosis when I had to follow a specific diet and monitor my flares. So happy to have come across this podcast. I really enjoy the casual and warm way that you share this information. I really feel I am not alone in this and if 2 smart and beautiful women are able to overcome their health challenges and also be operational and able to work, then so can I!
