Welcome back to the channel and Congratulations! Next, you will receive the welcome letter from NVC. NVC will open your case and email you CEAC (consular electronic app center) system login information and invoice #. Make sure your email address is correct in NVC system so you do not miss their emails. Once you get the login information, you will login CEAC system to check the status and manage your visa application case which including submitting vis application DS-260 and documents. @@BonImmigration yes but it was rejected, NVC did not respond to mi direct question. They simply stated "some users are having difficulty logging in, try again later" I try everyday to submit but nothing

check to see IF you've put in correct place....if you don't get the answers you need, what helped my process mover lightning fast is contacting the ombusman they get shit moving
Hey I’m very confused pls help me to sort out this problem . One feburary 25 -2023 I got this mail the status of ur visa has been updated while my all documents are accepted by nvc and on my ceac account there is no new update or msg …. What that mean
We just uploaded i-864 but the person who filled the form did some basic mistakes. Now since all the documents are submitted to NVC yesterday, we cant change it but we submitted amended i-864 in additional documents list. Will this cause any issue or delay?

You will find when they review on “NVC time frames”. It updates weekly and will tell you every Monday which cases they start to review. Before they start to review, the status of the docs usually shows as “submitted”. After they review, it will be changed to accepted or action required. I submitted all the required documents including financial and civil documents too but I got a mail from NVC and it says this NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please help me 🙏

I have tried submitting my marriage certificate for months now and all it says is uploaded, I tried submitting on various browsers but am unsuccessful

Was a marriage certificate previously submitted? Did you try to upload a revised version? If so, you can contact NVC using the public inquiry form.

I have the same problem. I have CR1 Visa and we completed all documents on 4/12/2023 but it shows that "Action required: Submit requested documents"
