Unfortunately, she moved back to Ghana for ministry, having not shared her recipe with me! To this day, I miss her Jollof and Waakye stew 😅 thank you so so much for this ❤️❤️❤️

So, yesterday, I tried this recipe, adding fresh habenaro peppers to my shito. I added some leftover bell pepper as well to my blend and it turned super duper amazing💃💃. The flavours are mind blowing😘👌

Our Ghanaian boarding school saviour. Remember when my mum will spend all her last cent to prepare proper shito for me to take to boarding house. It lasted 3months most of time because i make super spicy and not so rich one and give to constant shito beggers on campus. They never came back.
