This was my first view of your video. I am a survivor, still in need of rehab. I will watch and follow because your voice is gentle to my ears, a rarity. I’m seventy eight. It’s been six years since I got home from 18 weeks in hospital. My dominant side is affected. Things that require two hands, I must do with one and a half. Typing reduced to one finger. Fortunate the non dominant arm wasn’t amputated seventy years ago, thanks to Dr. Pipkin (RIP) who salvaged me from gangrene and a compound fracture of the elbow. The rehab I did as a child has been a life saver as it must now handle tasks requiring dexterity.
Good day, video you shared is very helpful. You are blessed with a very good voice. Humble caring heart. Keeping in mind the issues we face and how to overcome the same. You are an Angel in disguise ❤❤❤
If you get time would you be willing to do a video where you talk and demonstrate how to walk including stride. I am trying to regain a normal stride without my afo. I can walk without it but not as smooth just need a bit more guidance.
