I woke up wanting to walk without my walker with safety in mind. I subscribed and gave a thumbs up and added the little bell. Let me know what else you need. You are fantastic
Thankyou for this video. Some very simple movement exercises that I had overlooked. My problem is that my knee won’t bend when I walk. I can relax it to make it bend but as soon as I start to walk even a short distance, it goes rigid. Any ideas to help me bend my leg at the knee when walking?
Both my left arm and left leg are very weak. Yes I do face a lot of balance issues. You are so caring and concerned. Top of it explain in a very beautiful way. ❤❤❤

Me too. It’s the thing that’s holding me back. Very frustrating.
I'm using a walker, when should i move to a rolling walker?
