It's actually surprisingly common that knots and sore joints can be affected by too much cortisol too often or possibly having specific dietary needs you may not know of. Masseuse/chiropractors are usually pretty good for knots and soreness but a word of warning.. my disability lawyer warned me to not go to the chiropractor because I have a serious and rare levoscoliosis and an orthopedic would be more appropriate. With my spine and it's discs, several of them continuing to slide more and more to the right, getting adjustments from someone who is not a bone doctor in any form can be potentially dangerous. My lawyer said he's worked on at least 2 or 3 cases where the patient either had scoliosis, a herniated disc or some degenerative disc condition had died on the chiropractor table during a routine adjustment appointment. 2 died, the third sustained even more nerve damage and paralysis than they had before ever going to the chiropractor. TL;DR : Chiropractors can be helpful for general pains and aches but first be sure you don't have an underlying condition that would be better and more safely treated by an orthopedic (bone doctor) before getting an adjustment of any kind.. also be wary of any chriopractor that uses Y-Straps.. that device is the very device that has caused the highest number of injuries to patients, especially those already dealing with some form paralysis and have instrumentation in their neck or spine.

Ooh as a massage therapist I'm super grateful for this!
You shouldn’t do that unless you’re a chiropractor
@@Vfulncchl you've got that backwards Chiros are the people who follow the concept of clicking your back because a ghost told a guy it helps innate healing or some shit
Ive been doing this for years out of instict but because of anxiety/stress. I didnt know this was an actual relief tool
I was taught this really recently by my physiotherapist and GP because my work is really shoulder, elbow amd wrist intensive manual labour.
After about 2 weeks of doing this before and after work my wrists started hurting but after a few scans it was determined my wrists have damage to the joints making this action somewhat dangerous to do by myself. But after some professional therapy my wrists feel so much more relaxed and ive started learning how to do it myself more safely with my injuries ❤️
Thanks a ton. I've been having a lot of pain in my left wrist for the last couple of days..this instantly provided relief..
I recently had a wrist surgery due to issues with tendinitis, this felt so damn good.. thank you!
I love hearing that a unconscious thing I do every day is helping me!!
same! for real
You are so clever, Dr. Mandal 👏 Thanks heaps!
Thankyou...been months of gouty arthritis in my hands and my wrists have been locked ever since... A few minutes and you are right about the huge difference.
