It's actually surprisingly common that knots and sore joints can be affected by too much cortisol too often or possibly having specific dietary needs you may not know of. Masseuse/chiropractors are usually pretty good for knots and soreness but a word of warning.. my disability lawyer warned me to not go to the chiropractor because I have a serious and rare levoscoliosis and an orthopedic would be more appropriate. With my spine and it's discs, several of them continuing to slide more and more to the right, getting adjustments from someone who is not a bone doctor in any form can be potentially dangerous. My lawyer said he's worked on at least 2 or 3 cases where the patient either had scoliosis, a herniated disc or some degenerative disc condition had died on the chiropractor table during a routine adjustment appointment. 2 died, the third sustained even more nerve damage and paralysis than they had before ever going to the chiropractor.
TL;DR : Chiropractors can be helpful for general pains and aches but first be sure you don't have an underlying condition that would be better and more safely treated by an orthopedic (bone doctor) before getting an adjustment of any kind.. also be wary of any chriopractor that uses Y-Straps.. that device is the very device that has caused the highest number of injuries to patients, especially those already dealing with some form paralysis and have instrumentation in their neck or spine.

I can’t figure it out either. I got the back of my wrist to move, but it hurts. I can’t figure out the palm side at all. I wanted this to work as I saw all of the comments, and my wrists cause me a lot of pain at times that shoot through even my forearms. Stemming from just below the palm of my hand. My mom disagrees, but I feel like it may be some kind of thing related to carpal tunnel.

Thank you! My daughter is a court reporter, and I was in a very bad car accident where the seat belt say my life but took away the use of my dominant arm for quite a while. Finally, I had to have thoracic surgery to restore the blood flow into the arm, and it has been wonderfully and miraculously restored to about 80%. A good deal of that was thru excellent hand and arm therapy, including stretching exercises I had to do hourly for quite a long time, but it was all working for my recovery. That was 31years ago, and I've had practically no issues over the years. So listen up! I can tell you from all that experience how valuable this information is that you're hearing today. Believe me, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, especially when most "doctors" will recommend surgery... which may be needed if we have neglected to nip our pain in the bud. So GET BUSY!
