to strip the paint off, i use paint remover, you can find it on hardware store and what i use to repaint the car its just ordinary spray paint

How do.you decide where to put the "marking lines?" I've never seen a widebody kit on a real (not a model) car, so I don't know what template to use

Schaap yes, because it consist of two part, resin and hardener, so you need to mix it together
