At the beginning, when installing the iron sheet, ensure that the width is basically consistent for two layers, which will make it easier to make a wide body.
I would think that you could just use a slice of the same (or similar) cardboard material used for the cardboard backing for the packaging, then borrow one of the clear cellophane bubbles from another Hot Wheels Blisterpack, remove the remaining glue that was used to be sealed against the cardboard backing. Then probably have to glue a digital print you made for the cardboard backing and glue the cellophane bubble to the backing and you’ll probably have your custom-made Hot Wheels Blisterpack.
